  Not good. The owner 'commited' to helping us with an issue then strung us along all year, resulting in water damage in the winter and spring. Every time I would text it would be ignored. When I did get through, via surprise phone call phone call, he would happily assure us he would do the work, then go back to ghosting us. Dishonest way to operate a business. Pick someone else.

  Rob thank you for taking the time to review North Tech roofing. For clarity for those that turn to google reviews for information. North Tech Roofing did not install your existing roof or preform any repairs on your home. Therefore, leaks you have in your roof are not in any part defects of workmanship by North Tech Roofing. The only time we were on your roof is when we were contracted by a Restoration Company To remove ice dams via low pressure steam in February 2023, when you filed an insurance claim. You reached out to me during the summer of 2023 about what could be done to eliminate the ice issues you were having and hence the leaking associated with the ice dams. You even inquired about a new roof. I informed you at that time there was nothing that I could do to stop the ice from forming, that not even a new roof would solve that issue. I suggested you talk to an insulator to solve your heat loss issues. I mentioned that I could try a repair involving remove and replace of some shingles and siding to install high grade ice and water shield up the wall. I informed you that this would not stop the ice and could "NOT" guarantee that it wouldn't leak again, and that money was better spent resolving the heat loss issue. In the meantime, I told you that your roof would require winter maintenance. Mainly removing the snow and ice from your problem area. This is the only way to guarantee that the ice dams won't form to the point of leaking. This was the last time we spoke in 2023. In the 2024 roofing season you once again reached out to me. We played phone tag. Upon connection you did tell me you wanted to proceed with the repair that I once again told you that I could not guarantee, and that winter roof Maintenace would need to be done until your ice issues were resolved. I told you I would get there when I could to give you a quote. Obviously, I did not get there to give you a price hence this review. As per ignoring text messages, a lot of my

  Mike and his crew at North Tech Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof. It’s very obvious he knows every aspect of the roofing business. He was well prepared, he explained in detail what his quote would include, answered my questions, provided all warranty information, paperwork etc and he kept his word. No hidden costs, and the work was completed in a timely manner with very well qualified efficient hard working crew. The cleanup was done to perfection and this customer is completely satisfied with the workmanship. I highly recommend North Tech Roofing. .

  Update. Contacted them about a new issue with roof. He came next day and quickly repaired issue. Still very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
