  Absolutely horrible work. I had an eaves trough installed a month ago and the workman did not put a proper slope on it creating a low spot over a door that is now creating large and dangerous icicles. Additionally one of the downspouts has already fallen off. I have tried to contact the company to have it repaired but they have not returned any phone calls. DO NOT HIRE this company, I wish I hadn't.

  Mr Adams, Despite your anger, swearing, and yelling at us, we would have been happy to repair any defects to satisfy you, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with your eavestrough. Tim, the lead installer on your house, has been installing trough for Seamless for over 20 years, we estimate he's worked on over 8,000 houses in the Sault and area. It's rare to find someone with his level of skill and specialization. I'd put him up against anyone in Canada. We did return your call. During covid lockdown we were out of the office for two days. When we got your messages, including the one threatening to "ruin our business" we called you back that morning. We went to your house and looked at the work. I disagree that there was a low point over the front door. I also disagree that anything about the install would cause icicles. Icicles are typically caused by snow + heat loss, which is always worse near the door. That's just a fact of living in the north. Finally, I disagree about the downspout "falling off". It was clearly removed by someone after our installers left, the screw holes are clearly visible. Maybe someone else working on your house took it off and didn't tell you?   Hopefully this review will deter some people, if I can reach out to even one customer from making a mistake then this will be worth it. I requested a quote for eavestrough in the fall. They said it was too late in the season to install and replied they would make arrangements to contact me in the spring and I was put on a “list”. They came back in the spring without advising me and installed the eavestrough while I was out of town working. I received a text asking for payment right away. I was immediately concerned as I don’t believe in paying for a product that I can’t see. Upon review of the installation it was not installed to my liking. Numerous attempts to meet with them were made but it was no shows. Again they called for payment but at this time I was laid off, cause of covid and the product was still not rectified. By the end of the summer season, I was back to work and arrangements were made to meet to satisfy my concern and make the final payment. They showed up an hour before scheduled appointment. (I was not home at the time). I arrived 10 minutes before meeting time but they had already removed the eavestrough and drove away. A slandering text message from the business owner was sent to my significant other and we received a threat of a lawsuit for a review that was posted by her. I urge when dealing with this company that you have things in writing and ensure the work performed is done with you present and make sure it is done correctly. Ive always supported small businesses but the lack of professionalism and lack of care for my happiness with the install has left me thinking maybe this company doesn’t need our business. Please look elsewhere before committing with these guys, we have received many stories from other customers with similar experiences through out the city.

  Dear Mr Gauthier, I read your review and I'm sorry you feel that you feel that you were treated badly; however, I take exception to your description of the events you say happened. We originally met in October 2019, when we went over the job and you were handed a sketch detailing exactly how the work was to be done. It was too late in the year to do your installation, so we booked it for spring. On May 1st 2020, I spoke with you again, re-confirmed the work to be done, and the work was completed June 5th. To keep this brief, 178 days passed and you still had not paid for the work we did. For 31 years we have been booking jobs with nothing more than a handshake. This year alone we have installed eavestrough on 815 other houses without issue. When there are problems with an installation, we do our best to get back promptly and make it right. This year we completed 102 unpaid repairs on new and existing installations. We truly wanted to have a favorable outcome with you, but that proved impossible. I encourage anyone reading your review to take it with a grain of salt.

  Seamless did a fantastic job! Easy to book and work with. Gave me a couple options at different price points. Work was done quickly. I’m impressed with their install! The slopes are perfect. They tied the downspouts in so they don’t stand out and secured them firmly. Cleaned up all their work and took away the old broken gutters.

  Recently had Seamless Eavestrough remove and replace the old and failing eavestrough around the whole house. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. After receiving a few days of heavy rain, we were pleased with how well the new system performed and looked. We contacted Rob who provided a fair quote and timeline, Taylor in the office was quick to answer all questions, and the crew of Matt & Evan performed the job efficiently and professionally.   Very happy with the service. They responded quickly to my inquiry, answered my questions, and did a fine job of replacing a section of damaged eavestrough. I appreciated their advice on the best product to install to avoid future issues with damage caused by excess snow buildup.
