  I called twice to get a quote and you get routed to a call center where I was told they would send someone out to view it and give an estimate no one ever followed up even after multiple calls. Brutal customer experience.

  Sorry to hear that you didn't receive the service that you were looking for. We are incredibly busy at this point in our season and are doing our best to service existing clients as well as provide our services to new customers. All roofing companies are quite busy right now as there is limited time remaining in the season. Also, not all of our email quotes reach our customers as there are issues at time with the software.   Tara, we were glad that we were able to get the issue resolved for you. As discussed, the issue was with the eavestrough placement primarily. In our attempt to resolve the issue of water running past the eavestrough, we removed the bottom rows of shingles, removed the fascia backbend, installed a custom drip, and even then, with no shingles yet installed, the water ran past the trough. This was due to the rafter tails and face board not having been cut at 90 degrees plus an extra trim board which forced the eavestrough to be installed far too low. We suspect that the old roof was weathered and the shingles had cupped enough to slow the rate at which the water was running down the roof. The new roof, being more water resistant, created an issue that may not have been as noticeable before. In any case, we were able to dedicate a team to work at resolving the issue by making the aforementioned changes, as well as installing a custom splash guard on the eavestrough.   I called to get some downspouts installed that came down years ago... The person I was talking to was argumentative and said it wasn't anything he was interested in doing, also stating I would need eaves trough installed, which obviously he had no clue what he was talking about. Without looking at the job, he just brushed me off, very unprofessional. I've heard things about this company, but decided to give them a call... I believe what I've heard now.

  Poor workmanship and the warranty not honoured. When we bought our lovely home on Birkshire Place in 2021 - a big selling feature was the new roof. The following two springs it leaked so badly the living room had to be repainted both times. When contacted sales told us the warranty is not honoured because the owner did not officially transfer the warranty plus.... our roof had a turret and "turrets always leak". Really? That's your response regarding guaranteed quality? Buyer beware! Their so called "warranty" is not a guarantee nor is the quality of workmanship.

  Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, homeowners are required to transfer the warranty within one year of possession and its free of charge. All manufacturers require warranty transfer. Regarding the issues with the leaks that you're having in the spring due to excessive ice build up behind turrets and around skylights, this is something that typically requires some maintenance. You're review is misleading. And, you misquoted us by claiming that we said that "turrets leak". Your hone is certainly beautiful, but some of it's architectural features are problematic and require attention. Again, thank you for the review.

  Hired to fix roof they came and "fixed it" roof still leaks as same location just got up to check work and they just bent a few pieces of metal called to get them to come back and look at their work with no response

  Hey Sam, We're not entirely sure what the issue here is given that there's no address mentioned in your review and the name is ambiguous. Repairing someone else's roof installation can be difficult since we are not starting from scratch, but trying to make small changes to a completed job.   Called to get a quote for my house and the guy was really rude to me on the phone. I will never use or call them again didnt seem to care what I had to say

  They were quick, efficient, cleaned up pretty good after they were done, price was fair, job looks really good. Payment was easy. Lonnie and Adam did a very good job. I like the texts and photos of the job progress.
