My neighbour was having roof issues and was frustrated that other roofing companies apparently forgot phones are meant to be answered. I recommended Jake Nelson Roofing — and they did not disappoint. The young lady (Brenda) answered the phone and was courteous, knowledgeable, and honestly a customer service pro. Jake and his team came out the very next day, fixed the issue quickly, and charged only $40 for the work! Fair price, fast service, great people. Kudos to Jake Nelson Roofing!

The wind last night rolled up a section of my shingles. Jake came the same day, fixed it. I am very happy with his work!

Very reasonable and knowledgeable. Would strongly recommend Jake and his crew. No job seems to be to big or to small. Always more then fair pricing.

Correspondence second to none … professional and prompt in all communication. Replaced an old roof that had several hidden issues yet honoured the original quote. Worked HARD to finish as promised and provided a high quality service/product. Thank you for demonstrating a business ethic rarely seen these days.

Awesome work by Jake and his guys. Stripped and shingled roof in one day. Rain was predicted next day so him and his crew stayed late and busted their butts to get it done. Excellent clean up couldn't tell they were here. Have recommended him to others and will keep recommending him. Great job guys!

Jake and his crew did an excellent job at a good price and kept the worksite very clean every single day. They also corrected the ventilator placement by the previous roofer and 3 minor issues we had at no extra charge.
