We apologize if an appointment was missed? I'm not sure whom this is and what may have been missed.

We signed December 14th. Nothing went as planned with your project. Especially using the panel you requested we use to fix two of the skylights And against my better judgment I use then. For that my sincere apologies. Though we didn't speak much over the phone we do have a great deal of text messages back and forth. I can only assume this review was put in before a refund was issued? I wish you the best and you have my sincerest apologies this project did not work out for you. I strived everyday to do better than the next. Very sorry Charles

I found North Ridge Roofing via NextDoor and am thankful that I did. I had been trying to find a responsive local contractor to help with two roofing repairs from the December 2026 windstorm and had been having trouble getting interest and consistent communication. Mike with North Ridge Roofing was very responsive from the beginning, helped me source matching shingles, and completed the repairs quickly and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend North Ridge Roofing and will use them going forward.

This is the second roof and exterior wall that we had NorthRidge Roofing remove and replace. The work they did was outstanding. Their knowledge of and experience in proper roofing, flashing and caulking techniques is superior. I heartily recommend them for all your roofing and wall framing needs.

Northridge completed our roof replacement in under two work days and it looks amazing. Vast improvement to the quality of the old roof, great shingle shade options, and a reasonable cost. Amazing the difference a new roof can make!

We called several companies to give us an estimate and Michael Mix was the only one who could fit us in. He was very professional as well as friendly, he also did not pressure us about insurance quotes. His team was extremely hard working, even during the 100 degree summer days. His roof warranty is incredible too. They did a thorough clean up job. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

I had a drip over my back porch that made that area very dangerous when it was icy. After calling three other businesses, who either didn't return my call or told me they were swamped and couldn't do it, North Ridge accepted the job. He …
