Due to the anonymity of Google we have no way of verifying the truth of your claim or rectifying the problem. Because of excellent service we offer we have had an overwhelming call volume. This has been compounded because of Covid-19. Some our own employees have been quarantining to keep our customers safe and even we ourselves have had Covid-19 which has reduced our capacity. Consequently we have not been able to service everyone as fast as they would like. We apologize that we were unable to return your call as quickly as you would have liked. We pride ourselves on giving our customers the best experience in our small town. It saddens us that we were unable to make you our customer as fast as you were used to in bigger cities.

Happy Hippo was wonderful. They came prepared to give us a quote and time table. They came when promised and completed the job professionally and well. Very easy to work with. They resided our entire house and replaced windows. Would highly recommend them.

Happy Hippo was excellent! They replaced our roof with a metal one, replaced our siding, and added new outside lights. Great work! I highly recommend this company.

John extended an existing room by 16 feet, which required a change in the roof, new windows, a new sliding door and work on our deck - he does great work!

The people that own and run this business take pride in what they do and I would recommend them to everyone. John and his crew do awesome work. I was so please with the porch roof he put on my rental, I am having him do another on my new house.

John and his crew did an amazing job. They were willing to do extra things on the fly as they came up and they did with a smile. My big fear with remodelling is having a crew come in, do work and then disappear while you wait and wait. …

Knowledgeable, adaptable and professional work on the remodel of the bathroom and bedroom. John cleaned up the work area at the end of every day. We’re very happy with the remodel and will use him again

John and crew with Happy Hippo Siding and Windows did an OUTSTANDING Job on my custom deck. They took the time to make sure it was right and were very easy to communicate with throughout the process. I can't wait to have them back to side my house and put some new windows in:) Matt Tedesco
