They absolutely ruined my metal roof by cutting it back so far the wall top plate was exposed. Promised to make appointments that they did not keep. One of them even vomited twice and did not clean it up! Horrible work! I do not recommend anyone use their services!

I reached out to get some gutters installed back in August. I received a call back and was told someone would come by to do an estimate. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard back so I called to check on the quote and was told someone would be by within a few days as there was a large job with additional work that delayed other jobs. Ok stuff happens, nbd. Never did receive another call back with any quote details. I ended up going with a different local competitor. I can't speak to the quality of the work but calling back potential customers is the bare minimum one should expect.

Well, I certainly try to prioritize calling people back and picking up my phone. We are always incredibly busy, I must have dropped the ball on this guy. … More

Save your time and call someone else. They were a no show twice. Totally unreliable.

Hi Tom. If this is Tom Peterson on Shiland street, your bid was done and left at your front door. The bid specifically talks about the your need for special hangers and color is TBD from N Grey or F Green. It also speaks about some questions about your roof. If this is not you, you have the wrong gutter company. As you are the only Tom Peterson I have in my system. We are extremly busy and roughly 6-8 weeks out on work. Estimates are done as soon as possible and done in order as received. Its hard for me to connect with every person as I do the bids, as I am the only person that bids jobs and I am usually 30-40 bids deep this time of year any given day. I still have your bid on file. Let me know if you need to discuss further. Sean 442.2222

Got to say how much I love these gutters! It totally makes the house feel complete. The picture doesn’t quite do it justice of how great of an addition they are! The team was responsive and surprisingly quick from initial call to final install. Yeah, I would call them.

Over the past couple of months, I’ve been contacting companies to bid our gutters. What I thought would be a simple process turned into a nightmare — extreme estimates, scams, and businesses that never even called back. …

These guys are awesome! Sean was easy to get in touch with, friendly, professional, and sent me a bid the same day. They got my project done two days after initial contact which was way faster than I expected since I had put this off pretty late in the season. The install was fast, Jake and Sawyor are very professional and friendly. The gutters look great, and Sean followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend All Star and will definitely use them in the future if I need gutter work done.
