  I rent and a guy showed up what looked like drunk to look at the roof (body language, slurring, booze on his breath). I called it in, they told me the guy has personal stuff going on so he uses a ton of mouth wash and they apologized. Then they sent the "owner" of the company and the owner said nothing about the whole situation. I didnt want him falling off the roof so thats why I called it in! I didnt appreciate the complete lack of acknowledgement about the whole situation even if it was just mouthwash. I also have young children at home. Im not impressed.

  Last December, our roof was damaged during the terrible windstorm we had here in Butte. We had these guys out for an estimate to look at the small area that needed replacement (just a few appeared to be upended). I can't remember the guy's name (Dan?) but he insisted that he wouldn't be able to find the same shingles and said we needed to call our insurance company and have the entire roof replaced. Our deductible is 15K, so that wasn't likely. We left it open and he said he'd get us an estimate, which he never did yet they got in touch a few weeks ago about moving forward. We instead found out a friend specializes in roofing and had him over. He took one look at the shingles and knew they were from Triple-S, luckily Mead still carried them. $50 for a box of shingles and a fair rate for their time and our roof is repaired perfectly without the very high price tag these guys insisted on. Needless to say we're not impressed by their tactics.

  BE ADVISED, dan comes in and acts like he's about family, friends Yada Yada. But after he sells you on his son and him coming to do job, a bunch on non speaking English individuals show up and do alot of damage to your home and vehicles. Literally damaged my vehicles, left a mess, im still picking up chunks of old roofing shingles, nails everywhere. Dan took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT, even though it was his crew. This was my experience of this company and would NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

  I’ve had a couple jobs done by this company. One was fine. One was terrible. I’ve also gotten this company several jobs and last year they signed a contract to do my siding. They not only did not get it done after forcing me to sign a contract, I spent 100’s of hours picking out what I wanted, wasting my time. It’s been a whole year with no siding in site. They then said they would get it done first thing in the spring. I was not their first job and I have not even heard back, until I wrote my first review. They are unreliable. I would not recommend this company.

  Dan was referred to me another contractor i needed for new siding. Dan himself personally came to provide me a quote. Others I had tried couldn't be bothered. He was honest and sincere and I knew I was in good hands. His crew completed the work in less than 2 days. My old roof failed within 7 years because the contractor cut corners. Dan did not. He went above and beyond to ensure it will last 20 years. He gets 10 stars in my book. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs roof work. Money well spent!😁😁👍👍

  The Mountain Roofing team was absolutely amazing. From everyone in the office to the crew that came to do tear down the old roof and install the new one… just awesome. The roof looks incredible and they went the extra mile to repair and replace everything that was needed. The communication was amazing and I can’t thank them enough for taking care of us and doing such a stellar job on our roof. They killed it!!!

  We selected Mountain Roofing after meeting with several other roofing companies. It was a big job. Over 7000 square feet of roof to be replaced along with 3 Velux skylights to be replaced. We are so happy we selected them. Here’s what stood out most to us: 1. The detailed walkthrough of their estimate. 2. Honest assessment of what we needed without trying to talk us into a higher cost products. We went Owen’s Corning Duration. 3. They provided an Evidence package that we sent our insurance company showing roof and skylight damage from hail and wind storms and detailed the work to be performed. 4. They arrived at our house bright and early on the day they committed to and went to work. The crew was amazing to watch. Incredible teamwork and they all seemed to get along great! 5. The crew did a very good nice job of cleaning up every day. 6. The finished product looks very nice. We are happy with how it turned out. 7. Customer service. Everyone we talked to at Mountain Roofing throughout the process was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them.

  Repair was done a few days before I expected, and only took the workers about one afternoon to complete. I am so far quite pleased. Waiting to see if the leaks are gone next time we get a good rain.

  Thank you so much for the honest feedback and the 4-star review! First off, we are thrilled that you love the new roof. That being said, we totally get why the scheduling shifts were bothersome. That day was an absolute scorcher, and between protecting our crew from the heatwave and making sure the hot shingles weren't damaged during the install, things took a bit longer than we originally planned. A 13-hour day is a lot to adjust to when it's happening right over your head, so we really appreciate your incredible patience and grace with our guys as they powered through the heat to get it done in one day. We’ll definitely use your feedback to help us communicate those weather-related scheduling shifts a bit better in the future. Thank you again for your patience and for trusting us with your home!

  Brennen totally went the extra mile to get our insurance to agree to replace our roof! His team was efficient and did good work. There was a small amount of nails that didn’t get cleaned up but we were very pleased overall.

  Had my house roofed by mountain roofing. Come to find out, I had three layers on my house and two on the garage. House also needed sheeting. Mountain roofing got it all done in one day with some nice class 4 rated shingles. Looks fantastic. Thanks Mountain roofing!

  Heard about Mountain Roofing from a satisfied customer who gave me their contact information. They were so fast! Gave me an estimate within one day. Agreement finalized on a Tuesday and the roof was completed the following Tuesday. They came when they said they would, worked quickly, and didn’t leave any mess behind. It looks great and I would recommend them to anyone.
