If they take your information, and make you an appointment, do yourself a favor and keep looking for another company because they will not show up. I learned the hard way from the winter storm January 2024. THEY STILL KEPT MY INFORMATION A YEAR LATER AND SENT ME EMAILS ABOUT THEIR SECONDARY LOCATION. I GUESS THAT'S THE ONLY PART OF THEIR JOB THEY DID RIGHT

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had, Kumar. Your feedback is important to us, and we are addressing the issues regarding appointments and communication. We appreciate your understanding and hope to improve moving forward.

They did a great job with coating our roof. Most companies wanted to replace it and NorCalcame up with a 20 year coating solution at a great price.
