Eric walked us through a fix that saved us hundreds of dollars! I contacted him after seeing all the 5-star reviews, and I was absolutely blown away by his kindness and professionalism. We identified a leak near an exhaust pipe on our roof, and Eric reviewed the photos and helped us troubleshoot the issue ourselves — resulting in huge cost savings. This level of customer service and expertise is rare in the construction industry. Eric is like having a handy dad to rely on. Highly recommend!

Eric Westland with Westland Home Inspection is truly amazing! He takes care of all of my clients’ roof inspections and consistently goes above and beyond. Not only is he thorough and honest, but he’s always willing to educate and share his expertise whenever we need it. I’m so grateful to have a trusted partner I can call, rely on, and confidently refer to my clients. As a realtor, it’s incredibly important that my clients have the best and most honest experience when making one of the biggest purchases or sales of their lives and Eric absolutely delivers that peace of mind every time. Highly recommend! Hands down a Five Star Inspector!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Eric! You are appreciated!!

Eric and Daniel did an excellent job from start to finish. They were transparent and honest about the scope of work, pricing, and the available options, including what I could reasonably do myself versus what required professional service. Their communication was clear, practical, and straightforward—no upselling, no surprises. I appreciated their integrity and professionalism and would confidently recommend them for their services.

I highly recommend Westland Roofing. Eric and Daniel were very professional and fixed my roof in a timely manner. They explained everything that needed to be done in layman’s terms so that I knew exactly what needed to be done. It was great working with them and I felt like it was money well spent.

Eric is an excellent roof and home inspector. He also does follow up leak repairs. I refer him any chance I get to take care of things that others won’t. I have been in the roofing trade over 42 years and consider him one of the best in the industry. By all means use him. You won’t be disappointed.

This is an easy review because the service was excellent. I noticed a roof leak around my fireplace Saturday morning. The leak was slowly dripping through the ceiling by the fireplace. Although Eric doesn't normally work Sundays he still came out and took care of it before the next rains come in. He warranties his work as well. He explained the work he did and provided pictures as well. Eric came through in the clutch. I will definitely be using Westland moving forward.
