Save yourself the head ache this is a cut rate company that cuts corners has employees with lazy terrible work ethic that drink on the job and don't know how to correctly do the job they are hired for or even clean up your property at the end of day if your thinkin of comin here to save money just spend the extra dollar for the better company it'll save u money in the long run from having to pay for repairs to fix the roof they didn't put on right

Since when do you have to pay someone to come out and tell you how many of thousand dollars you will need to replace a roof? What happened to earning the customers business. Think twice before you use this company. They are will to give you a bid using satellite alone. Which I sure once you agree to a price, it will change once they have torn your roof apart and have you in a loose loose position. Buyer be aware

Hello Danielle, did you orginally call in? I don't see your name come up in our CRM. I would like to look into this more. I can say that we do generally offer free estimates within a 30 mile radius of our Stockton office. To say that we always only use satellite to bid projects is not true. We employ a dedicated roof tech 40 hours a week just to look at projects, and we offer that service free to potential customers within our service range. The second part of your comment is totally hypothetical, unfounded and just unfair. Why would you assume we are out to cheat people? we are a small family run business and we work very hard to maintain our reputation.

I have not used this company's service but my neighbor has. I can't speak to how well of a job they do but I can tell you that they are very inconsiderate, after blocking my driveway with their work trucks i had to tell them to move it. Then they preceded to use a leaf blower to clean off my neighbors (flat top) roof and blow off all the dirt and dabris on to my side yard and driveway. Maybe they do a good job i dont know, but they are likely to piss off your neighbors!

I first met Mario when he came to my home to discuss my roofing replacement needs along with the removal and re- installment of my pool solar system. He assured me that Phoenix could handle the job and at a fair price. Manuel and Jose were both involved along with a experienced crew. I'm very pleased with the New roof and solar system upgrade. Will definitely refer Phoenix roofing to anyone looking for this type of work , Thanks guys

As a painting contractor, I often work alongside other trades. Hudson Painting refers clients to Phoenix Roofing because he operates professionally and takes good care of the customers we send his way.
