  Ron Williams' sent an estimator out on Monday, Jan. 30th to assess the cost of repair damage to our roof due to a tree falling on Dec. 31st. When he came out he told me to expect the estimate by the end of the week. After not receiving it, I contacted them the middle of the following week and then several times after that to find out when the estimate would be ready. I was told they were very busy and they would get it to me in a few days. A few days came and went and no estimate. I made several more calls where all I got was their voice mail and I left messages. I emailed them several times but never received a response. Finally on Friday, Feb. 24th I receive a text message saying, "Please check your email and/or spam folder for the note I sent shortly after our visit. Long story short, the storms go us so busy that we are unable to assist with your repair needs at this time." If they were unable to assist us, why when I called did they tell me the estimate would be ready in a few days. And if they were unable to assist us, why send someone out for an estimate at all. I never received an email from them or a call or any communication after the first several times I called. I also check my spam folder all the time because important emails do sometimes end up there. There was no email sent. Period! They could have called and let me know this instead of waiting a month and then sending a text message. Not very professional and if this is how their customer service is, I can't imagine how bad their roofing skills are. Look for another company other than this one for your roof repairs. I see they replied that we do not pay our workers. This is defamation! We had over $60,000 of work done over the summer and I have receipts and contracts showing we paid our contractors the agreed upon amount. We ALWAYS pay our workers!

  Well we tried to bow out gracefully, saying we are too busy. We never worked for them but the truth is that the day this estimate was to go out a trusted mutual acquaintance told me that these people do not always pay their workers. When I heard that I had to back off. This person had 11 online reviews that I could see, 10 of them 1 star.

  From start to finish was a great experience. Lisa in the office was kind and professional ,providing prompt pricing, responding to questions and answering all of our questions right away. Cesar was polite and professional and knowledgeable. He and crew were always on time and went right to work. The product and finish were top notch. At the end of each day, they left our home clean and free of debris. I would recommend Ron Williams roofing without reservation to anyone seeking an honest hard working roofing, gutter and repair company.

  Cesar and crew were very professional and courteous. They did a great job. I have used Ron Williams in the past and was very pleased. So I called them for this repair. Completely satisfied. If a need occurs in the future I will call again.

  Our experience with your team was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and patiently answered all of our questions. The crew explained everything clearly and did a great job for a fair price. They treated my wife and I with respect throughout the process, and we truly appreciate the quality of service provided, especially as a couple who aren't tech-savvy. We really appreciate the fact that you let us come and sign the contract in person rather than trying to figure out how to do it online. We would gladly recommend your company to friends and family.   Ok. The truth…..I have never felt more comfortable and have never trusted anyone doing a repair on my house more than Cesar and his guys who repaired my dry rot issues on my house. And Oh my God, was that Aunt Bea disguised as Lisa, Ron’s wife doing all the customer service communications? Anyway everyone, you’ve lucked out if you have read this review. Ron Williams company is All Good.

  Ron Williams did a very good job replacing my roof. The cost is more reasonable than the others. They’re the only one that mentioned that they need to add 2nd layer on my roof to get it up to the code. Lisa has very good customer service. Cesar and the rest of the crew cleaned the site every day until the job is finished . I’m very pleased with the job they did and I’ll be glad to recommend Ron Williams to others.
