  We had a new patio roof installed while we were on vacation and came back to quite a surprise. Not only were there roof debris and screws everywhere, but they destroyed our screen door. I spent about an hour removing screws from the yard and cleaning off my patio furniture from roof debris. Totally unacceptable service from NOCO roofing.

  Hello, Kyle. I do apologize, but I am not finding your name in our system of clients. Please keep in mind that there are other roofing companies in the area with similar names as ours. However, if you are a tenant of a property we serviced, the roofers usually sweep around the house with a magnetic nail roller. They should have made every effort to pick up all nails. However, some nails hidden in the grass or shrubbery may remain. Please feel free to give me a call; if the reason you are not in our system is that you are a tenant or if it is under a different name. I would like to discuss your experience with our field consultant and crews to ensure this does not happen again.   Poor drivers! Need to be more considerate and pay attention to the road. Almost got hit by one of your drivers trying to merge into a lane to turn right. And then he had the nerve to get upset with me...

  I can't review their actual work because they refused the job after giving a quote. We were looking to install some sun tunnels and the agent came out to our house twice to see what would need to be done. We decided to go ahead with them to do the work but had to get HOA approval first. When I asked NOCO Roofing about which specific covers on the roof would be used (needed for HOA approval), they told me that they couldn't know which cover would be used and withdrew the quote and suggested I use Heinsight for the tunnels. I will not consider NOCO Roofing for any future work if they will go through providing a quote without knowing which products are being used.

  We're sorry we weren't able to help you. Since we are a roofing company, we are able to install skylight products when completing a roof install, but customized roof window products are not our specific area of expertise. When we learned you might need more customized sun tunnels we thought it would be most helpful that we send you direct to the product supplier for your install to be sure you get the best, most up-to date product options, price and service. We want you to be satisfied with your finished product and hoped you'd understand us referring you directly to a company who deals with these sun tunnels as it's main source of business.   Communication is a joke at this company. Still waiting on an invoice showing the roof was paid in full 3 weeks after it was paid for. Even after two phone calls for it.They sure sent the billing invoice right away though.

  I contacted NOCO Roofing for some roof repairs and they were amazing from start to finish! The communication was very responsive and answered all my questions before the appointment was even set. Steve came to our home to provide an estimate and since the repairs were pretty simple, he was even able to do the work the same visit. He showed us photos before AND after the work he did and all his explanations and information was clear and easy to understand. Very transparent in his work and didn’t upsell or try to do work we didn’t need. We are new to home owning and it was a great experience! Will definitely use them again in the future!

  Great service on short notice. House under contract to sell in 8 days. NOCO provide inspection, documentation, and total roof replacement within 6 days of initial call. NOCO reps and workmen were personable, knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Cleanup of site was exceptional.

  I rarely write reviews... but I highly recommend NOCO Roofing. Our project manager Jason is a rockstar and was very receptive to our roofing needs. We had some unique requests due to having an older home, and he was willing to work with us every step of the way. I was very impressed when he put on his toolbelt and fixed a sagging, rotted out soffit on the back side of our house. The new gutters they installed are also a major upgrade. NOCO's crew was efficient and the quality is top notch. We have a 1400 sq ft home with multiple eaves and complicated roof structure. They were in and out in 2 days, including the gutter and soffit work. The crew's clean up was impeccable and no damage to driveway. I've heard this was a major concern among roofing companies. Competitive pricing / great customer care / high quality work and materials.
