Recently called them after getting a referral from the gentleman painting our home. Called several times, and left a few voicemails with no response. I finally gave up. Reading some of these reviews makes me feel I dodged a bullet. Very poorly ran business.

We apologize for your experience. We ourselves have had issues with this new phone system. We are currently changing. But if communication is the worst I don't feel it's worth a bad review especially if your not a current customer. As there are contractors taking money and not finishing jobs. Those types of actions are worth having a conversation about. Happy holidays

Rick at Noble Brown installed the roof for a patio remodel 3 years ago. Part of the roof has leaked ever since. He makes appointments with us and then doesn’t show, no calls no texts. He has done this at least 7 times! I would NEVER use him again!

Agreed to their quote, was told told there were 2 jobs ahead of me so I would be next in line soon. Weeks passed and nothing. They don't even answer their phones. Left multiple messages and no reply. They even had me choose a roof color... Why? Just so they flake? Stay away.

I recently had to replace a roof on my old home we were in contract to sell. Noble Brown Roofing was responsive, gave us a great quote, honored their quote, did roof and gutters for my Lodi home and turned it around quickly in about 3 days. Rick personally came out to inspect it after their work and fixed up a few little odds and ends which showed a lot of pride in his work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend their service. They got all of it done before my close of escrow and I am very grateful for all their hard work!

Recently had the Valley’s on my roof cleaned. The 2 workers were very prompt and they provided before and after photos for my records. Even when they found a bit of dry rot they contacted me first to inform me of the issue and what the additional charge would be. Overall very satisfied

Amazing crews, on time, clean, easy re-roof. Everyone always says how dirty the re-roof can be, but Noble did an excellent job on my re-roof

I highly and strongly recommend Noble Brown Roofing. I cannot put into words how well this company took care of me as a customer and my roof after another company basically charged me 3,000 to repair my roof and completely ripped me off. …
