Charged 1500$ to repair roof vents. Started leaking again, the wanted 1600$ to repair it again. After repairing it 3 times, still gushing water. They seem nice when speaking with them. Please go with someone else, these people are thieves and incompetent

I'm sorry you feel that way. We caulked and sealed everything initially. Recently, when you called we sealed it again free of charge but sometimes replacement is necessary.

I am a contractor and this Nitro roofing company knocked on my door....and they hire minions to fetch leads for $300 a week depending on the volume they get....I asked him about Xactimate x1 and eagleviews he had no clue of what I was talking about... fyi $300 weekly is a joke.... I pay my lead specialist $300 weekly regardless of the clients they fetch and on top of that .... my lead specialist get 50% of my profit after the scope of the work is completed

When I tell you, I am so relieved- it’s an understatement! When Duane first came to our home, I knew this was the company that I was going to use. He extremely thorough, telling us what we needed and also telling us what we didn’t need. He explained things in a way that made sense to us laypeople- and had a trustworthy, honest and professional demeanor. He also assisted us greatly through the insurance claim process, which was a nightmare until he stepped in. Nitro roofing got the job done! I think I have the nicest roof on the block and everything is secure, sound and safe. And- the cleanup job was incredible! They also came out and assisted in securing the roof while the claim was being handled. If you are in need of roof repair or replacement, I highly recommend Nitro! This is a well deserved review!

We had the pleasure of working with Christian, and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they were patient, professional, and incredibly thorough. Our situation was not an easy one as it came with a lot of challenges and hoops to jump through. But Christian never lost their calm, courtesy, and friendliness. They walked us through every step, answered our questions with care, and worked tirelessly to make sure we had what we needed. Thanks to their team's persistence and expertise, what felt like a nearly impossible case was resolved successfully. It’s rare to come across someone who combines knowledge, professionalism, and genuine dedication the way Christian and the Nitro team does. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile for you, look no further. Thank you, Christian! On behalf of Mr. Liu
