I was looking online for tile re-roofing and found Niks Roofing, which had great reviews. They gave me a quote within 24 hours, and we signed the contract within a few days. They immediately began obtaining permits and preparing for the roof. Everything was completed on time, and the area outside was left clean.

When it was determined that my 25-year-old roof needed to be replaced, I contacted Nik's Roofing, a contractor who was active in replacing roofs in my community and who came highly recommended to me. My HOA has very specific requirements for new roofs and Nik's was familiar with them and had a good working relationship with both my HOA and the supplier of the tile specified by my HOA. Although the tile manufacturer was running way behind on new orders, Nik's kept me informed and we coordinated a timely tear-off of the old roof and installation of the dry-in materials just before the arrival of the tiles. Unfortunately, I had to be away for a month just as the tiles arrived, but Nik's was able to have them received, stored and re-delivered when I returned at no additional cost to me. Nik's crews were always on time and worked cleanly and efficiently, providing a stress-free project (other than the long wait for the tile production). I cannot recommend Nik's Roofing highly enough and would definitely contract with them again.
