  They charged me almost $400 upfront to identify a leak that my roof was having. I told him I need to come and look in the rain while the leak was actually happening. They told me they can’t do that. they came on a sunny day walked onto my roof and said sorry I can’t see anything under the solar panels even though I told him I had solar panels when I booked the appointment. They took my money upfront didn’t offer me a refund and did not inspect my roof. It started to rain I took a ladder popped my head in the attic and saw were the drops were coming from. now I have to call another roofer to come and fix that part. Definitely do not trust them to identify a leak on your roof. If I could give them no stars I would.

  Quoted me $2,000 to fix one piece of fascia on a roof. Insane. I would never recommend this company to any of my clients or colleagues.

  We desperately needed emergency repairs and Niagara Roof Masters came through. As luck would have it the first major snowfall of the year started two hours later and everything is fine even after many major snowfalls since.

  Craig's presentation quote is very impressive and comprehensive with detail photos and explanations. Craig is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. He encourages clients to be informed of the quality of materials offered for comparison which is invaluable when considering the longevity of the materials used.

  I thought I needed leaf guards so after checking a few company reviews I chose Niagara RoofMasters. Turns out my house already had leaf guards so I would like to thank Russel, the technician who came to do the job for being honest and letting me know they were there and in good condition so didn’t need replacing. Also thanks to Hayley for understanding and arranging for a deposit refund and also my original contact with the company,Brandy. All pleasant people and easy to talk to. 😊

  They were very efficient and professional in their work they performed. Even though they had to re-sheet the roof they completed the job in one day. The new roof looks great and the cleanup was excellent. We were very satisfied with everyone from sales to the in stallation crew.
