Was the worst experience talking to the rude man on the phone. He acted like he knew it all and asked me weird questions that didn't pertain the roof... his price was more expensive and says he only uses the most expensive shingles. Sorry but so do all the rest of the places. And their prices were not near as high. This guy is a joke. I decided not to use his expensive cocky attitude 😒 I have too many jobs on the go for my own crews that work for me so I thought I would give a job to someone local and help... just look at how he conducts business. I would not want to deal with this guy and his expensive prices. I was full with my crews because I have honest work and prices to give that's why so many people use me. I have ways to help out my customers too when money is tight. I extend the helping hand. I tried to help this man get an extra job. Dealt with his attitude about how good he is and expensive and instead I decided to use someone else more professional than this joke of a company. I also saw his work and he cuts corners being so expensive. We've done roofs for 18 years and never once came across a good one from him. I promise most of his reviews are from fake sources. We got real references to offer and real a licensed and insured company with our own bins and multiple crews from being honest and that brings success in my books. Not this cocky slimy attitude that will over charge you! We simply just extended a gift of work to him and in return was given attitude and grief and told he's too good for it lol 😆 😄. It's not about me bashing another company. You won't find any other complaints by me anywhere. In fact I tried to help the guy. He's a expensive one because he gouges you for the work and then cuts corners. And also will give you attitude 😒

So I found AJT on the Better Business Bureau when my garage roof developed a leak. Adam came by a few days later and quickly found the problem and promptly repaired the minor fix. I try to use BBB credited businesses although they may be a bit more expensive but he didn’t even charge us! I highly recommend this business and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again Adam!

AJT Roofing and Contracting just finished up installing a new roof on our home. From the initial call, Adam was up front with absolutely no BS or upselling when it came to our roof assessment. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I asked all of my questions. He provided a detailed quote with no pressure. Adam made it clear that I'd be investing in a new roof system, not just shingles. He wasn't wrong. Adam and his team made sure that the entire roof system was functioning properly. Shingles, soffit venting, eaves, etc. Everything! The crew is awesome. All of the guys were friendly and very skilled. Little things went a long way. They would wave and smile at my kids who loved watching out the windows. They protected all of our plants and patio furniture. Before they left they spent a long time ensuring the entire property was clean. That extra care was important as I didn't want my small children stepping on a nail. I checked after they left, literally no nails or materials were found! The new roof looks awesome and I have the peace of mind knowing that it was installed by true professionals and I'll not have to worry about my roof for a very long time. It you're still reading this I'll leave you with my final thought. If you need a new roof, a roof repair, or someone to give you an honest assessment of your roof situation, don't hesitate to contact Adam at AJT. You won't regret it!

Adam and the AJT team were amazing from start to finish. From the initial first looks, Adam knew right away what the problems were and greatly educated me on many issues I didn’t even know we had. The installation was exceptional. The foreman Jayson was polite, courteous and also took the time to explain things so that I could really understand what I was getting. Shout out to Lucas as well who went above and beyond and helped adjust our bathroom vents that were installed a bit crooked initially. Well beyond their scope of work but they were very kind in assisting with that! The installation was slated for 2 days and the team showed up on time or earlier and everything went super smoothly. Cleanup was impeccable and now my new roof and vents look fantastic! I’ll be calling on AJT the next time we do our gutters for sure!

DON'T JUST ASK HOW MUCH A NEW ROOF COSTS. ASK WHAT'S GOING ON IT. When you're getting quotes for a new roof, it's easy to compare contractors by price. But here's something many homeowners don't realize: Two roofs can look almost identical from the street—and be very different roofing systems. That's one reason AJT Roofing & Contracting is proud to offer Malarkey Roofing Products. Malarkey's NEX® Rubberized Asphalt technology is engineered for all-weather resilience, while its Vista® and Vista® AR shingles offer a Class 4 impact rating—the highest rating available. They're also engineered with features such as increased tear strength, stronger granule adhesion, & enhanced wind warranty options. And Malarkey incorporates upcycled rubber and plastic into the shingle formulation. In other words: we're not interested in putting the cheapest shingles we can find on your home. We want to build a roofing system that gives your home the protection, durability and appearance you expect from a quality roof. So if you're comparing roofing quotes, don't just ask: ❌ "What's your price?" Ask: · "What shingles are you installing?" · "What impact rating do they have?" · "What warranty comes with them?" · "What makes your roofing system different?" And if you'd like us to walk you through your options, we're happy to help. 📞 Call AJT Roofing today for your FREE, no-obligation estimate.
