  So much for "free quotes"! If I could give 0 stars I would! Called for a free quote today for a leak and they told me it's $495 to get someone to even show up! Seems like they are looking to upsell by overcharging for someone to even look at the roof. She said if it was something simple like a nail head showing, they would fix it for that price ($495), but if it was more, that would just be credited towards the work. What a joke! I would never recommend anyone dealing with roof repairs to go to Niagara RoofMasters!

  It's a 2.5. So far 5 for the installation - although I'm not an expert. The roof is in place, looks nice, the crew cleaned up after finishing the installation. However, unfortunately it's a 1 for communication and overall project management. The sales pitch worked, but after I paid the requested amount it was always me who had to reach out for information. No proactive communication on next steps, timeline, what to expect, or anything. The garbage bin is still blocking access to the garage (almost a week passed since the installation) when it was promised to be taken away the day after the installation. Asked them about it 2-3 times, but it's still here and now we're back to how it started: no communication or follow up is coming from them.

  I’ve heard this is a good place to get your roof done so I thought why not give em a call. I’m currently buying a certain house and needed a quote on a roof to get it replaced. The guy on the phone says he can’t provide a quote while the house isn’t in my possession yet and have a good day than hangs up. I’m like ooook riiiight. I’ll call somebody else than. Am I in the wrong?

  Stopped by the Niagara RoofMasters booth at the Niagara Home and Garden Show on Sunday, April 13th and set up an appointment to have someone come out and give us a quote for our roof and possibly having a skylight added back in to our bathroom. The appointment was set up with the rep at the home show for April 23rd around 3:30PM - my contact information, address, etc were provided. No one ever showed up, no call, no email, nothing. We no longer have any interest in possibly working with this company or re-scheduling to have an estimate done. I find it very unprofessional to not show up for an appointment and to not call/text/email if something had come up and needed to re-schedule which I would have understood and been more than willing to accommodate. But for there to be no contact whatsoever and no one to show up is what I have an issue with and reflects poorly on this company especially when they are promoting their business at a home show. My time was wasted waiting for nothing.

  I find it funny that I left a review about Niagara roof masters and how terrible they are, no record of them doing my roof, No paper work, I have a leak took them forever to come and looked at it and they do a repair which didn’t fix the problem, so we had a friend come by and guess what no leaks. This place is disgusting and I have reported them to the BBB. I am sure you will delete this post again, then to find out I did pay cash and was told this was a side job which wasn’t the case, I find it funny that I am not the only person this has happened to.

  Because the existing downspouts were originally directed to weeping tiles, I removed them and had them redirected well away from the foundation and also had the weeper drains capped. I also replaced a damaged, previously installed, eave trough.

  I had a repair done to my roof. The wait times were a little slow but then the work was done professionally and finished up really fast. The one man crew was efficient, and they had everything needed to get the job done, and cleaned up before they left. There were some small additional things around the roof which was fixed as a courtesy. The price was reasonable.

  Excellent work by the crew! From the first moments of contact until the very last moments of completion, they were profession and courteous. Thank you Ryan and team for all your hard work! Everyone was helpful in making sure that we were well informed and accommodated everything we asked well! They were expedient and careful to make sure they cleaned up all debris from the yard. They even swept the grass with a metal magnet to ensure nothing was left to harm anyone! Thanks again for everything you did!

  I have just gotten a quote and signed a contract to replace my roof. Dan Bree was professional and did a full inspection, asking to see inside the attic. First person to suggest without being asked. He even suggested and removed a loose ease-trough after the contract was signed. Out of concern for safety. Well pleased with my decision.

  I recently called Roofmasters over a leak. the response was quick the service man came when stated. After checking the roof he went into the attic, found the leak, took pictures to show me and then made the repair and showed me more pictures. I couldn't be more pleased with both the response and the quality of service. Thank you roofmasters, great job and all done under warranty

  Had roof masters recently put a new roof on (shingles). My experience was first rate from the initial meeting with their estimate and supervisor for the work. Helped pick out the right materials and colour's. The roof installers were very experienced and polite. They had guys cleaning as they were going making sure everything was perfect when they were done. Only found 1 nail, kudos to the fella cleaning. The price was very good and I did get several estimates. I would highly recommend them . Thank you.
