  The installation was completed three weeks ago, but the project remains unfinished from a service standpoint. I had to purchase my own deadbolt at a local hardware store because the provided one didn't fit, and I was promised a reimbursement. I am still waiting for that check to arrive. Once the payment is settled, I’d be happy to update this review.

  Hi Andy, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your door leaked after the initial installation and recognized this issue after installation. However, we did address this concern, fixed the issue and do have a completed sign off from our service technician that you were satisfied with the work completed on your doors. As far as a "host" of issues; we were never aware of anything until you mentioned these claims today. It only took us 3 months to service you because you were unresponsive. We had made several attempts to contact you both via email and by phone in the leading months prior to the service date to set up a date and time to fix the issue. Instead of waiting for us to come, you tried to reverse your payments with the credit card company. We don't know what your intentions are with this post, but we do not respect/tolerate bullies. We hope you have a pleasant rest of your day.

  Customer service has been terrible. For lifetime warranty, you try to call/ address a situation and they don't get back to you. But then they call you asking you about installing more new windows. I feel its their way asking you for more money, A. Before you even finish paying for what you have now. (Clearly these things aren't cheap) B. They haven't even gotten back to you when you called about something that needs to be fixed or looked at.

  Work done was acceptable, customer service on the other hand is atrocious. Have been called 3 times already asking me to pay for more services, called and asked someone to come look at my door that they installed and haven't heard back for 3 weeks, until now when I got another solicitation for more money

  My windows were okay but the sales manager jason was very rude and accused me of wasting their time when I needed to reschedule.

  This company installed 30,000 worth of windows for me under their previous name landmark home solutions the main reason I chose them was their life time warranty, I have called multiple times emailed EVERYTHING! and haven't heard a peep, I will be looking into litigation and am posting this as a buyers beware warning

  It was a great experience with this company from start to finish. We love the 2 new doors they installed for us, Entrance door as well as a Patio door. They stay on time Schedule and work was done quick and professional done. Would certainly recommend this Company and would do business again with them, when the need arises

  Rolf is the gentleman l spoke with when l ordered my windows,,,he was so kind and patient explaining everything to me. And l appreciated the fact that he told me l could contact him if I have any questions. Being a widow and on my own never having the experience of doing these things , his help meant a lot! And of course Mark who installed the windows was amazing! Avery hard worker and funny too!😁

  The crew at LM Exteriors that installed my windows were very easy to talk to and work with. They were very professional and did a great job. They were able to include a last minute addition when I changed my mind about one window and double checked all measurements manually. They were able to keep my oak window frames in tact and delt with an unfortunate ant invasion like professional exterminators. They were also able to repair some damaged dry wall under two windows as part of our agreement. I highly recommend them for windows and installation.

  L&M and its staff Jason, Chris, and DeShawn, did an excellent job replacing our windows. They were courteous and communicative. I also noticed after they left they that did a few extra touch ups that I wasn’t expecting. I’m very grateful for their conscientiousness and their professionalism. Thank you Rolf, for coordinating all of this and for the great price on ten new windows! May God continue to bless everyone at L&M.
