The words have not been created for how happy I am with this company. From the first phone call to final day of installation, the level of customer service and professionalism was white glove. Every single questions was answered without hesitation or uncertainty. When it came to the day(s) of installation - and yes, the roof took an additional day due to damage (Thanks Milton and Helene) there were no complaints. Their staff showed up on time and beyond pleasant. You can tell the crew worked well and even in the blazing sun, it was all smiles. Each day, they left our home better than they found it. They spent so much time with the clean up, it looked like a whole new yard! There is no other company I could ever see our family working with. They made our house feel like a home again after FEMA said no. Next Step is out go-to and set the bar for everyone else.

We had the Next Step Renovations come in and do gutters for us. The job was done very well. The cost was reasonable and all done and cleaned up in one day. This is the only company I would recommend.

next step renovation did a very good quote. Very knowledgeable on the phone and friendly would recommend them to anybody. Saw their ad on TV. The lady that answer. The phone was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Best experience from other roofing companies. they went on the roof, took pictures and they didn’t me the runaround like other companies. Took their time to explain everything. I called them because I seen their ad on TV. They look very trustworthy. The lady that answer the phone was very nice and I trusted her.

Next step renovations replaced 3 windows for me. Jeremy was very informative and guided me through everything very well. Aj set an appointment with me and I was very impressed with him. The whole family came to meet me and were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Installers were amazing. All around great experience. I'm glad to see true family owned businesses still exist. I'm looking forward to them doing more work on my house. Thank you!

We had a new pantry installed, upper cabinets in laundry room installed, microwave removed from cabinet inserts and replaced with shelves and tile. Weather stripping at front doors, many little cracks in drywall repaired and caulked and bathrooms caulked. Also a trash can system installed in lower cabinet. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was superior. They were excellent communicators, allowing me to bounce ideas off of them and help achieve the exact look I desired! They were extremely prompt and worked very diligently. I had to beg them to take a break. Extremely friendly and considerate! I highly recommend this company!!!
