  Could not have asked for a better roofing experience. They went above and beyond. We didn't have the easiest job for them to undergo and they finished on time, on budget, and did a stellar job. Would recommend to friends and family.

Once we got the old roof off and saw the hidden water damage, we knew it was important to take the time to replace everything properly so the new roof would last the way it should. Adding that large cricket and doing the torch down on the flat roofs are very important and am glad you trusted us. We’re glad you’re happy with how everything turned out, from the repairs and shingles to the cleanup afterward. Our crew takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way and leaving the property looking great when we’re done.   Next Gen Roofing did an excellent job from my initial contact to the final clean up! They gave me a great price, provided excellent service, were very professional, gave knowledgeable recommendations, clearly communicated when there were some unexpected challenges and quickly resolved the issues!   This is a long review, but bottom line is that Next Gen is knowledgeable, efficient and transparent. The long story: Our roof is over 30 yo. Next Gen had applied RoofMax coating 2 years ago. I scheduled Next Gen to survey our roof and assess remaining life. While they on our roof they noticed 2 things. The neighbor's had just another company apply the RoofMax coating the day before. Those roofers had not repaired our neighbors roof like they said they did. We alerted neighbor, and when the neighbors looked at their roof they could see the problem, so their roofers came out and completed the repairs on their roof. Our neighbors were thankful Jayce had pointed our the problem. While inspecting our roof Jayce noticed that our roof cap was starting to loosen because original roofers had not used the correct nails. He originally was only going to nail the roof caps down better, but then found that some pieces of roofing needed replacement. Jayce did all the repairs quickly and brought the old pieces to us and showed us the Roof Max coating was doing it's job, and that the roof was still pliable and we had about 2-3 more years of wear before we need to replace our the whole roof. He completed the work quickly and showed us pictures of the completed repairs. Jayce is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

  Jace and the team did an amazing job repairing the rather large hole in roof, plus bundled Roof Maxx and surface cleaning/ gutter cleaning for a very reasonable price! Will be calling them for service in the future!!!
