  We had State Roofing come and do an estimate for us. He went into our attic, on the roof, and took pictures. He said I'll get the estimate in a few days. I have not heard back. Huge red flag from the start so we will not be doing business with them. It also took a while just to book an appointment. Overall, a huge waste of time...

  I urge anyone seeking roofing services to prioritize finding a company committed to standing by their work and upholding warranties without hesitation. Despite numerous positive reviews, my experience with State Roofing revealed a distressing lack of professionalism and accountability. Two decades ago, State Roofing installed a roof on my property, which has since deteriorated due to subpar installation practices. Critical elements like flashing were neglected, leading to extensive water damage and structural decay. Despite clear evidence that this falls within their warranty for craftsmanship, State Roofing has attempted to evade responsibility. They first cited discontinued materials as an excuse, then shifted blame onto the original owner for a purported delay in warranty transfer, a detail not documented in any of the provided paperwork. What's truly disheartening is the original owner's unwavering belief in State Roofing's integrity and commitment to their services. Their attempt to deflect responsibility onto him, especially during a time of transition, is both callous and unscrupulous. While I acknowledge that individual experiences may vary depending on the personnel involved, State Roofing's actions in my case highlight a troubling prioritization of profit over integrity and customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope others do not encounter similar challenges requiring State Roofing to fulfill their obligations, as their conduct underscores a troubling disregard for honor and customer well-being.

  Hi Pete, The roof installed and purchased by the previous owner of your home in 2004 is no longer supported by the manufacturer. Since you’re not the original purchaser and the warranty was not transferred over, the manufacturer will not honor any manufacturer warranties. You can reach out to them directly to verify. We recommend that you reach out to your homeowner’s insurance since the product is no longer available and to State Roofing for replacement options. Sincerely, The State Roofing Team

  Trying to get in touch with State Roofing is like trying to find your long lost twin from a dream that doesn't actually exist. we've been calling and calling to try to get our roof finished and left numerous voicemails, but they've completely ghosted us and now we just have boards sitting on our lawn for a couple weeks, I'm sure HOA has nothing but love for our yard full of boards. We are actually regretting not going somewhere else and we will never recommend State Roofing to anyone asking us who they should get a roof from. Unless they specifically want an unfinished product then I'll send them to a company that doesn't leave work unfinished for weeks and ghosts you entirely. I'm extremely unhappy with our experience and just want our roof finished and your advertisement sign removed from our yard so no one else considers this company and gets stuck with boards in your yard for weeks, an unfinished roof, and an unhappy HOA.

  State Roofing replaced the roof on our house in spring 2015. This year (2019) just 4 years later, we had some leaks and called them for warranty coverage. We called several times and talked to several different people, all of whom said the warranty person was busy and would call me back. We never heard back from them.

  Don't answer the phone and when you fill in their online form to request a quote for a roof replacement they send a form letter out saying they'll get back to you. But they don't!! Either they are too busy or they don't want the work.

The day we received your inquiry, one of our team members that answers phones was out sick. We apologize that this made you feel as though your roofing concern wasn't a priority for us.

  Horrible... They don't really know what they are doing and definitely not helpful fixing the problems. I would not recommend them.

  Exceptional Roofing Work & A Truly Heroic Team! We recently hired State Roofing for a roofing project, and they did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, the quality is top-notch, and they left the yard completely clean. Beyond their excellent workmanship, their team showed incredible character. During the project, our Frenchie Mazie Mae, got lose and I could not find her. One of the crew members, Milton, went completely above and beyond by stopping what he was doing to help us look for her. He was the one that found her! We are so thankful! This is a company that doesn't just do great work—they employ genuinely kind, honest, and caring people. We are so grateful and highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

  On time showing respect for the customer. Excellent job with great attention to detail. Very happy with the work they did. Very steep, 1904 Victorian home. Looks absolutely stunning. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional, well done roof. State Roofing is and was my first choice.
