  Got yelled at by one of their drivers (in a fully wrapped and branded van) for the audacity of looking both ways before crossing the street at a crosswalk...? Unless you'd like these road ragey folks harassing people in your neighborhood, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

  Had a leaking skylight replaced only for the new one to also leak. After months of Axis fidgeting with it they decided it must be a faulty skylight and replaced it again. Fast forward a year and it’s leaking again.

  Hi Tiffany, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and want to make sure it’s properly addressed. To provide some context, first provided estimate for your custom skylight in March 2023, completed the replacement in April 2023, and promptly returned the following week to address a reported leak. In January 2024, we determined that the custom skylight itself needed to be replaced, and after fabrication, a new custom unit was installed May 2024. This review is the first time we’ve been made aware of any ongoing concern since that installation. Given the recent storms, it’s important to inspect the area and what may be occurring and ensure everything is performing as it should. We’ve attempted to reach you by phone on 12/30/25 at 9:30am and again at 11:10am through our Podium system, as well as by email on 12/31, but we haven’t yet connected. We absolutely want the opportunity to resolve this and take care of you. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience so we can schedule a time to come out and assess the situation.   Easily the most unfriendly crew of roofers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, not that I spoke with them much. Explained nothing, didn't bother knocking on the door on the last day or any day for that matter. The warranty covered the roof but still they charged us $1500.

Unfortunately, you had to replace your roof due to a substandard installation from a different roofing company that did not address plywood issues a few years ago. Your manufacturer's warranty covered the cost of a complete roof replacement but didn't cover the cost of plywood replacement - which was the primary reason you had to act on your warranty. The $1,500 charge was to remove, dispose, and replace the rotted/damaged plywood on your home that the prior roof company never replaced.   Brian, sorry to hear about your bad experience with our company. Service calls for overflowing gutters are scheduled for a wider block of time, as they are not a priority as a roof lead would be. Our estimator went out will he was in your area, and unfortunate that you felt you were called a "liar". I spoke with my staff and certainly was a misunderstanding. We did send a tech out to clean the missed gutter the next day for you. Although there is no reason that gutter should have been missed, we will always follow through and make things right with our customers. I can assure you we have the best intentions in place Brian. If there is anything we can do for you, please reach back out and would like to make it up to you.

  We were quoted 3 days for the job to be complete, they said they would clean up every day. The job took 9 days. They didn't clean, we were picking up razor blades and nails out of the yard. We had to call them to find out what was going on. They never called to tell us what was happening, nor did they do anything to make it right, all we got was bs excuses. After they picked up the extra materials and container, there was still nails and trash all over. Now i feel like i have to have the roof work inspected just based on the fact that nothing was done right and they didn't do anything to make their wrongs right. And on top of all that, the first day one of the workers brought their dog and had it tied to a tree in our yard and then let it run all over pissing and pooping in our grass.

  DANGEROUS PRACTICES! They leave generators too close to your home. Axis had been hired to do roofing work at my apartment complex. I can't speak to their roofing work, but they left a generator outside my bedroom window, which then set off my carbon monoxide alarm. After contact my apartment management, who contacted their project manager it was moved to a safe distance the next day. However on the third day the gas producing generator was once again outside my window! This is reckless and life threatening! Please think twice about hiring them for your own safety.

  I had a vent pipe on roof that was rotting. Axis have me a fair quote, and did exactly what they said they would (replace it, replace the vapor barrier they'd need to remove, and add 2 vents). They did it while I was offsite, so it was excellent. I'm no expert, but the work quality looks good. I'm super grateful that they were willing to take a small job, lots of their competitors won't. For that reason, I'd recommend them to anyone!

  Axis Roof and Gutter,Arlington, did a great job on my new roof. I couldn’t be more pleased. My old house did not have plywood under the roof. I had to ask again because no one believed me. It is an old house. So, they put all new plywood in. Workers were hard - workers and did not waste time. They would have completed the work in two days but they had to wait for a city inspector so it took 2 and a half days. That was not a problem. It’s a great- looking roof. They cleaned everything during and after the job. I pointed out one tiny area under a window to clean up and they did it right away. Very nice people. They would have gone after my indoor cat for me when cat got out but my son caught the cat. Nailing a roof into place is really hard work even when the weather is cool but it was hot. Coordinator, sales person, safety officer and workers - all tops! Job well done! High city permit fee added about $700 to total amount. Still just over $20 K

  Amazing!!! They are competitive with cost, but customer service is outstanding. Steve my project manager kept me updated and informed through the process answering any and all questions I had. Chloe and Hailey on the administrative part were very polite and helpful handling everything else.

  Working with Axis Roof & Gutter was a great experience. It is stressful to have your roof replaced as it is your home and a significant expense.   We had Axis come out and clean our roof, lay moss powder on the roof and power wash our driveway, and they did a wonderful job. The attention to detail was wonderful and the final results speak for themselves. Would happily use them again and refer them to anyone who is asking.

  Showed up early and ready to get started. Did a great job cleaning roof and gutters, then washed down the house all around. Methodical and efficient.   Axis Roof & Gutter did a phenomenal job in getting us a new roof on our home.
