  It takes them 3 weeks to replace a small roof.

  Hello, according to our records we have never done business with you. If we are wrong can you please call into the office on Monday morning at 360-386-9903 so we can figure this out. We find it funny how every time we have gotten up to 4.8 stars and within 24 hours we are being left fake 1 star reviews from people. The one right before this one from “LG” is a fake one as well.   They sent out 2 unprofessional workers to give me an estimate. I had a lot more work to show them and decided early on not to show them any further. But they did send me an estimate for a skylight replacement that was double the cost from other roofers.

  Gail, I am sorry you feel this way. Ron has been with us for over 10 plus years / roofing his whole life. We have had no choice with raising our prices a little bit because of the increases of everything in the last couple of years.   Sheri and Shane are the worst to do work with. They gave me a quote and then agreed to it. 3 months later they are charging me 600 dollars more. 3 months later. It's outrageous and it's sketchy. These people are the worst. They will try to be nice and say it's not true but stop bothering me then if it isn't true.

  Hi Greg, this year we have had four price increases whereas past years we have only received one. In past years our contracts could be valid for 30 days or more. Unfortunately, in these times we can only honor them for 15 days. If you would like to give me a call at the office - 360-386-9903 the company would be more than happy to take the hit of the $600 for you.   There Nissan box van is driving 47mph in a 35mph zone at 1pm Nov. 23rd not very professional. If you can’t respect the island life stay off the island!!!

If it was one of our vehicles please contact the office with with Vehicle # all of our vehicles are numbered so we can hold employee's accountable if they are speeding etc. Without a Vehicle # or license plate we are unable to address this with the proper employee.   When they showed up for the estimate, they never knocked on the door to let us know they were there. We called to follow up with the estimate and we were told we would get an e-mail and never received one. Didnt have work done by them because of lack of follow through.

  Had a great experience with the contractor when he came out to site, had a thorough discussion and put together a good plan for the roof repair. I was told an estimate would be provided by Monday (they came out on Friday). No one called me regarding the estimate, Dana claims she left a message but I have nothing from them. I had to call in to find out what the estimate was, come to find out they are turning down the job. Quite disappointing customer service.

  Called S & S due to moss on the roof. The company did a thorough check and gave a good quote. They came back out and cleaned the roof to the point it looks brand new. Would recommend to anyone needing roofing services.

  Very professional crew. They found damage that was not apparent in the initial inspection and paused to make sure that we were comfortable with the additional work and cost. They did a fantastic job removing all materials/discard after the work was done. We are so pleased with our roof and are relieved every time it rains. Would highly recommend.

  It was time to replace our composite roofing. We had a leak and insurance was involved and a second leak in a different location on the roof while they were finishing up their work. Our contractor with Pemco recommended S&S as an excellent source. We decided to go with a metal roof for durability and longevity, and we could not be happier with the service from S&S Roofing.

  If it was possible, I’d give S&S Roofing six stars! From the very beginning when we were researching what was involved with replacing our roof we had three companies come to our home. It was blatantly obvious that it was about what we really needed and what options we had available to us with S&S! When the other two companies were here they were vague and couldn’t be precise with cost because they said “we can’t be sure” till we tear off the existing material. It was not a problem with S&S. There field rep covered every possible scenario and backed up each scenario with real understandable numbers. In addition the team was on time, and worked as a team. When extra supplies were needed, the suppliers responded immediately ! No wasted time! A shout out to Miguel for being the friendliest, hardest working, super efficient man I’ve had the pleasure to work with in many years! There are no shortcuts to quality and S&S knows it. Put your trust in this team, highly recommend!

  Very fair pricing, no upsell. They came in thousands under the other 3 quotes, including a surprise of 70% of the sheeting that needed replacing. Andrew was very helpful explaining what we really needed, not all the BS the other companies were trying to sell. Recommend them highly.
