  NexGen Roofing replaced our entire roof about two years ago because of hail damage. They did a great job. They even brought everything up to code, as my house was about 25 years old at the time. The new roof looks great and we have had no problems with it since it was installed. They did the job efficiently and cleaned up from themselves when they were finished. They even worked with our insurance company. I recommend NexGen Roofing for your roof repairs or replacement.

  What an excellent customer experience these past few weeks! It started with a leaky roof (again) and out of three companies called, Chris with NexGen was the first to arrive to our home where he assessed the issue and tarped the damaged and leaky area on the roof. From there I worked to obtain quotes from NexGen and two other roofing companies. NexGen was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three quotes but we selected them to replace the roof and, after some consultation with Jeremy, the gutters as well. We chose NexGen due to their effective and always timely communication, significant patience in answering my numerous questions, and demonstrated expertise in all things roofing and gutters. In the end, the GAF roof and the gutters look amazing! The quality of the work performed is simply outstanding and will give us the peace of mind we desire as home owners for years to come. Emily was outstanding in the sales and coordination role! Chris not only did the initial assessment but also served as our project manager during the roof replacement and was very personable and professional! Jeremy, as the owner of NexGen, communicated with us throughout the process and demonstrated that he is a huge proponent of customer education, customer service, and the value of relationships! Thank you to the NexGen team for an amazing job and excellent customer experience!
