  Be cautious with them. Newman did a hail repair on my roof last year but did not tell me the shingles wouldn’t match, cost was barely over my deductible so I did not file. Our roof is tall so it’s hard to see the shingles, I trusted them given their reputation. I had significant damage this year from the recent wind storm, my insurance company is refusing to pay for a full replacement due to “existing unmatched shingles”. So I’m in the hole $13k, where as if Newman told me they wouldn’t match prior to the job and educate me on insurance treatment of roofs I could have had a roof replacement last year.

  Estimator never went on the roof. Didnt provide an estimate and said hed work through the insurance company. No follow up either. Didnt seem to want the job.

  Estimator came out and was quick with looking things over and didn’t seem like he wanted to be here. Said they would email the estimate in 24-48 hours and it’s now been over a week. Will be taking my money to someone that actually cares about receiving it.

  I have reached out twice and never received any response for a quote for our roof.

  Christian came out and was able to quickly determine where the leak was. Then David Dominguez and his crew came out and they repaired the damage in a timely manner. David was very professional and easy to work with over this time. Very pleasant experience.

  Dan Cotter and his roof installation team were great! The entire Newman Roofing experience was made easy. They kept me informed, were timely, did a quality job, cleaned everything up and provided the documentation needed for insurance purposes. If my roof needed repair or replace again, I would definitely use them.

  I just recently had my roof replaced by Newman. The whole process went smoothly from the initial inspection and estimation to the installation. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with, and they did a great job cleaning up after the installation. They have now replaced 3 roofs on the cul de sac where I live - would highly recommend!

  This is the 2nd job that Newman has completed for me and the quality of workmanship and protection of landscaping was excellent. They cost more than other roofing contractors, however the piece of mind to me was worth it.

  I am thrilled with my new roof and gutters from Newman Roofing. It was a very pleasant experience from my initial office call, to the in home meeting with Christian to discuss types of shingles and gutters and the expert guidance of project manager Kyle. They showed up right on time, removed the old shingles, installed the new shingles and cleaned up everything in one day. They protected my shrubs, flowers, porch and deck. I would highly recommend this excellent company.

  Excellent service start to finish. We had rain delays and Newman kept me updated each morning as we waited to see if the installation was a go. Everyone I encountered was very professional and things could not have gone better. Supplies arrived as scheduled, and the install team was at my front door at 6:30am as promised. The roof looks great and I am confident that I can call them if there are any issues in the future.
