DO NOT USE THEM. The roofers are excellent but the actual company and the "sales" people are a total scam. Drake swore up and down that he would get us a new roof and siding. We were approved for the roof but insurance gave some push-back …

Hello Mr. Johnson, we are sorry to hear about this experience with us. I am writing this response to you today not only to apologize for the inconvenience that may have been caused but also to thank you for your review. As the new season starts we, like many roofing companies hire and train new project managers, often times new to the industry and structure. It is an unfortunate aspect of business that human error occurs and the repercussions of growth set in on occasion. Im very sorry this was your experience with us and without excuse we will in fact use this review and time to better strengthen our communications between each other and our clients. Although it may not be a personal solution to you at this moment, this will be a lesson and tool for personal growth amongst our team, so again we thank you for your feed back, our communities' feed back, both positive and negative in our eyes are equal and protect the sanctity of what it means to take the good with the bad and use every opportunity as a chance for personal growth.

The scam salesman ignored my, “No Soliciting Sign,” and rang my doorbell regardless. Then left this flyer indicating everything wrong with my roof that he allegedly observed. I just had my roof inspected by two reputable roofers who found no damage whatsoever. Clearly this company is a scam with unethical sales people!!!

Your Google reviews 322, your google photos for reviews 133. Clearly you dont have a ton of extra curricular activities to participate in and since you gave us a 1 star review without actually using our services I dont feel as bad about leaving a response indicating a lack of relevance for your review. We believe its important to treat all of our actual customers with individual attention even when homeowners may not know the materials on their roof are no longer compatible with repair materials available today or who a “reputable roofing company” is, we like to at least be helpful in hopes that the average homeowner who gets our pamphlet of information, that it helps them ask questions about making decisions like if their roof is eligible for repairs or requires replacement, if their insurance carrier bears some responsibility or does the damages and materials actually require a retail repair quote or full roof replacement, sometimes even nothing at all. In a world of information even one door hanger is never enough, our hope is we can make a connection with the homeowner by knowing what material we are looking at even before making contact at the door. We dont want to waste our time or a homeowners time, so if the sales rep left a door hanger at your door its because the material is older and more susceptible to damages from the storms we experience as Ohioans. Hopefully you have a good rest of your 2024 and please try to take it easy on local companies trying to feed their families and serve their communities like ours, a lack of understanding doesn’t equate to a “scam”. Those words are more harmful than you give them credit for. Have a good day.

Multiple no soliciting signs by our front door and they still knock on our door, ring our doorbell, and leave stuff on our doorknob

Hey Tony, sorry to hear about your experience with us. I checked your file in our CRM and it does show a recorded phone call to you with a note from the project manager followed by an email sent to you stating that due to the weather we were not able to preform your inspection on 4/24 and that it had been rescheduled to 4/26. We did show up on 4/26, per our policy the inspector has to make contact with the homeowner via call, text, email, physical knock, ring cam or project manager conformation. None of these were successful so the inspector did not climb the roof. He took a photo of the front of the house and notated in the file to have the project manager reach back out to you to confirm a more preferable time. It is important for our inspector to make this contact not only to keep from startling someone or intrude on your home but to check a couple of his questions off the list as well. An important one he makes sure to ask is if there is any current leaks in the home. This is not only for his safety but we wouldn’t want him to end up falling through your attic either. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know, thanks for your time and review.

They continue to show up in our neighborhood knocking on our door and trying to sell us a new roof. One guy even told me to call the cops on him because he wouldn't leave.

I/we were due for a new roof after some wind/storm damage. We were unsure of the process, how to get our insurance company involved, and how much it would cost us. Savannah was the absolute best to work with during the entire process! She walked us step by step of the process, could be reached at any time with questions and concerns, and made sure to check in with us multiple times! In addition, Skyler also made sure I knew what the construction aspect of the roof would look like. He also kept the communication open and was reachable at anytime I had a question. The work was amazing, the roof looks fantastic and we are still getting compliments from neighbors! I give Alien Roofing Company the highest recommendation because their work ethic and customer service is second to none!

Anthony Bowling stopped a while ago due to a missing shingle he observed on my property's roof. After a painless inspection and a little back and forth between him and my insurance company we were able to get a total roof replacement paid for by Erie insurance. I could not be happier with Anthony and his team at Alien Roofing!

Can't say enough good things about Alien Roofing and Zach Vince. Had a full roof replacement and had zero issues. Zach kept me updated throughout the process and the crew did great work and a great clean-up afterwards. Highly recommended!
