  called to have them check roof after a few shingles came off with storm. appointment made 5 days out which was great. no one showed up or called. call them and was told not sure what happened and would call back. few more days and no call. don’t seem interested in doing there job with poor communication

  We’re truly sorry for your experience. After the recent wind storm, we saw an unusually high volume of requests, and unfortunately some of our systems and processes did not perform the way they should have. That’s on us. We understand how frustrating it is to schedule an appointment and not have anyone show up or follow up. You deserved better communication and reliability throughout the process. We did attempt to reconnect, as we would have genuinely appreciated the opportunity to make things right. That said, we completely understand if the timing has passed or you’ve already moved forward. If you’re still open to it, we would welcome the chance to take care of your roof and restore your confidence in us.

  Keith and his crew were great. The work was done quickly and at a more than reasonable price. The roof issue was fixed and they were very good about following up to be sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The next time I have an issue with my roof, BlueSky Roofing will be the first on the list. Service like that is really hard to find.

  I hired BluSky for an attic insulation replacement, and they truly delivered. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but they handled everything quickly and professionally. They communicate well, follow through, and offer great customer service. I definitely recommend working with them.

  From the git-go, meeting with Lucas gave me a good feeling about the company when he came to look at our attic for an insulation replacement. The quote was realistic and, ultimately, the job was completed to my satisfaction, with Lucas being responsive to my texted questions as the work was being done. The work crew were courteous and cleaned up nicely. Would use this company again.

  The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Keith, the owner, was so kind over the phone and got us scheduled. Within a few days, Ty came out and assessed the damage and took care of it! We appreciate their speediness, especially after all the wind and hail storms. They know how to take care of their customers!

  After the most recent wind storm, we had a ton of our shingles blow off. Our neighbor who works for BluSky roofing noticed and stopped by to help us. Braxton was very helpful, easy to talk to and responsive. He quickly tarped off the damaged areas to prevent further damage. We would highly recommend him for any roofing repairs!

  I called BluSky Roofing to repair a damaged gutter and downspout from the extreme winds a week ago. I spoke to Taylor who was awesome and was so nice in understanding the problem. They got me on the schedule within a week of my call. The tech that came out (Steven S.) was great and handled the work quickly and professionally. This was a great experience at a reasonable cost.
