In November 2022 Roy (owner) said he was slow and would do a small siding job on the back of my house. He had one of his crew, Tim start the job. But later couldn't get back out there. job dragged out to December. Which was fine with me cause did not do a good job either.. siding not locked into starter strip. messy cuts (not 45 angles on J-channel) the list goes on. Roy decided to finish it. He was just as bad. He owns a roofing and siding business, but it had been 5 plus years since he said he installed siding. Hopefully his roofing is better. He didnt have a brake to trim out the window with my aluminum I provided so he had charged me more money to use this heavy aluminum from a metal shop. He didn't even wrap my windows all the way around so water could still seep in. Plus it didnt look right. I asked to have the siding go under the gutter then neglected to do in one area. He cut the siding and caulked where it met the gutter. Looks lazy, terrible and messy. He left pink foam board showing at the bottom. He didn't even finish the job and wanted paid in full. BTW I had all the materials, so it was just labor, He wanted paid in full without the job being finished to my satisfaction. Needless to say, It was soooo bad I had to have it redone and it looks way better. oh, and he put a lean on my house for like $300 which was the balance but added extra costs for some reason! What a scammer and terrible businesses owner. Unless he pays me for the cost of having someone else fix his mistakes and takes the lien off, I will have to take him to court. Just getting around to posting this now since I was busy and recently had someone reside it. Too many pictures but included a few. Next bad review BBB!

The lesson we learned is - when an acquaintance says she has ALL her own materials but didn't; and won't allow recommended substrate repairs so she doesn't spend any additional money; and refuses alternate types of installation recommended by the contractor - turn down that project regardless whether its an acquaintance or not!

Really No Stars for AAA Roofing AKA Roy Hanna. Terrible Experience!!!!AAA Roofing Company AKA Roy Hanna. Hired company approximately 6 months ago, roof leaking again and Roofing Company and Owner will not stand behind their work. Supposedly AAA Roofing Company AKA Roy Hanna is a licensed and bonded company. Its a shame that we are having to go to the City of Columbus to try and get situation taken care of. Poor quality work!!!!Consumers beware. You have to stand up to companies and people like AAA Roofing AKA Roy Hanna so that it may deter them taking money from hard working Americans and Companies.

Apparently the owner of "Express Auto Sales" believes he can invent his own roofing contract. This car sales "gentleman" has over 40 reviews on Google of scams he's tried to pull on others as well. Scam review from a scam artist!

Roy Hanna at AAA Roofing Co., is great. Very reliable and worth the cost-value. His company came out immediately and spent about 6 hours repairing my roof shingles, taking time to ensure it’s done right it’s been about a month now and with all of the April showers, no leaks.

Roy was very easy to work with from start to finish. He went to bat for us with the insurance company. We had the whole roof replaced for a shockingly reasonable price and it looks amazing. We will definitely use them again if we ever need roofing repair again.

Roy was great to work with. He came out the next day to quote a repair after we reached out. We also noticed other issues after the job was complete (nothing to do with their work, something we as the owners didn't spot until later) and …

AAA roofing installed our new roof after storm damage in Powell. Also replaces two skylights. Roy was great to work with start to finish. Consistent and quick communication, and upfront with assessment and cost. Great experience all around and happy with the work.

I have been doing business with AAA Roofing for over 10 years and have never had a complaint. Roy and his team have allways beeen responsive, on time, and get the job done quickly and professionally. I recently had my roof replaced by AAA, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From what started as concerns about a skylight leak to the recommendations, estimate, and final inspection, the team was professional, efficient, and thorough as always. They provided a detailed estimate with no hidden costs and completed the job exactly on schedule. What impressed me most was their dedication to ensuring I was satisifed. With the recent winter weather, they cleaned up and returned when the snow was gond to cleanup again; they left my property spotless and used a magnet to pick up stray nails. I highly recommend AAA for any roofing needs!
