I’ve reached out to Kyle a few times to inspect a roof in a building I purchased and that he took care of before. He said he’d take care of it. Never heard back and then was told he’d check it out that same day that I contacted him again. Never heard back. Beware of this guy. Doesn’t seem honest.

Kyle was very easy to work with . Inspected the problem area, explained what was needed, and gave an agreeable estimate. They were able to do the work ahead of schedule , and cleaned up the area like they hadn't been there! Many thanks! They have my recommendation!

Very unprofessional. Called Friday for a consultation, scheduled for 9-930am the following Tuesday. 10am rolls around with no one showing up. Call the guy around 10am who sounded like I woke him “oh… I have a delivery that I forgot about… and it’s snowing… will you be around later?…” Respectfully, I know it’s snowing. It’s not hard to pick up a phone and call me instead of ghosting a potential client and admitting to forgetting about schedule conflicts. Speaks volumes about what I could expect if I were to hire them.

We are sorry that we were not able to make the appointment work at the time requested. It was a crazy morning with all the snow coming unexpectedly. It had only been 30min since the time requested and our delivery driver had gotten lost because of the weather . We try very hard to make all appt but today was just not possible and the last 20yrs we have been working hard in the community

I needed a new roof due to leaking and wanted to go with a metal roof. New Heights was recommended by a close friend. When the owner, Kyle, came to provide an estimate, he discovered mold in my attic due to no proper ventilation. He went above and beyond working with my insurance company to see if I could get some reimbursement. Then he and his team showed up and went to town! It only took 2 days to complete which included tearing the old roof off down to the studs and getting rid of all of the mold. They also replaced my leaky skylights. He and his workers were all very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I highly recommend New Heights to anyone looking for a new roof!

I found Kyle and his crew to be very responsive and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to meet our unique needs. I could not find any other roofer that would take on the additional tasks required to make this project a success. Highly recommend.
