  New generation roofing is a great company. They are family business with family values and it shows. Miguel and his team were great the entire process even during delays and set backs due to weather or unforeseen issues coming up it was always a smooth process. We had to make several changes during the project and they were able to accommodate which was just awesome. It’s not frequent in today’s world that businesses operate with their customers peace of mind as part of their priority and I really felt that working with new generation. I really appreciated that given how stressful construction projects are it was great being able to have trust in Miguel and his team. I would highly recommend them any day to anyone. Thank you new generation for the awesome service and awesome roof!!

  They got our roof done in 3 days. They were super sweet, and it looks incredible. They were diligent about cleaning up and were mindful that we have dogs and put a tarp in the yard to ensure they didn’t leave any nails. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof.

  We had a great experience with the team from New Generation Roofing. Miguel is the man! From start to finish, communication was excellent and they consistently kept us informed throughout the project. The crew was professional, friendly, respectful of our property, did high-quality work on our new roof installation, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day. They answered all of our questions promptly and made sure everything was completed the right way. We really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service.   We found a leak on a Saturday morning. They came out THAT AFTERNOON, found the leak and put a temp repair. Returned on Monday and did a great job with the repairs, and for a fair price! What great service!! Really nice to work with.

  Miguel is fast, efficient, and professional. He was able to squeeze me in for a gutter cleaning the same day and did a fantastic job.   Miguel was a rockstar, beginning to end. Very kind, patient and respectful. He waited patiently for me to secure funding (took forever), then he got me onto his schedule. Our initial date was pushed back for heat and rain as I would 100% expect and would not want them working in it. Once the roof was sealed up and done, Miguel spent tons of time going all over the yard with a magnet. He was making sure that the pups and kids didn't locate any missed nails with their feet. Every day when they left, the job site was picked up and presentable. Cleanup wasn't just saved for the last day. In muggy gross heat after working on a hot roof all day, he was down picking up the yard all around the house. Miguel was up front about needs he came across and always had pictures to show what he was telling me about. The roof cost also included gutters/ downspouts and cleanouts as well as a new roof on my shed with gutters and downspouts as well as 2 tieoffs left installed on the ends of the tallest portion of the roof so I can use a harness to install and uninstall my Christmas lights every year! I am excited for some Oregon rain and not having my downspouts plug up for once! Just being able to hear the rain and not the flood of water over the front of my gutters. I am also excited not to think about my roof for a while! I am very happy I gave Miguel/New Generation Roofing a call. If I ever need a roof again, they will be who I call.

  My 5 star review speaks for the overall process beginning to end with this company. I reached out to New Generation Roofing for a quote after reaching out the 2 previous roofing companies, Miguel (owner) called me back within an hour after reaching out, a time was set for him to come out to my house for a quote that same week, with him accommodating to my availability. Miguel inspected the roof, explained with details his recommendations and the process involved, Miguel's calm demeanor made me very comfortable to ask any questions and concerns I had. Miguel was the only Roofer who did not try to sell me something I didn't need like the other 2 companies I had reached out to, his professionalism and knowledge gave me the confidence to chose his company for the roof replacement. I was emailed a quote within less than 24 hours that was very reasonable and aligned well with the brands and materials that would be used..... my new roof was placed 2 weeks after. Miguel 10 year experience met all my expectations. I was updated daily on the status and steps of the project that involved replacements of old plywood with new CDX, new shingles and vents, "New Roof Replacement". The crew was professional, detailed oriented and worked efficiently, most important the impeccable craftsmanship was "ON POINT". I am very happy I chose New Generation Roofing, I am very grateful for Miguel for making this experience so smooth.
