We have used CKB for 3 years now to clean and treat our roof for moss. This last treatment did not kill the moss in one area of the roof. CKB has a warranty to cover this but they will not return my calls (4 as of today) to retreat the remaining moss. I will be looking for another contractor.

Very friendly and easy to work with, Freddy, family members, and his professional staff painted our two story barn, cleaned the roof, stained our house and front porch decking using only the best materials. They also painted all trim on both structures, corrected some roofing issues, washed windows and cleaned two ceilings fans. With a detailed approach, all work was completed on time and professionally. Highly recommended!

Fredy and his crew are always professional, dependable, and great to work with. His company is the first one I call whenever we need work done, whether it's roofing, concrete, or other construction projects. The quality of their workmanship has always been excellent, and their bids are consistently fair and competitive. I highly recommend Fredy and his team to anyone looking for honest, reliable contractors who take pride in their work.

I had CKB Services replace a porch, skirting and exterior paint. They did an outstanding job at a fair price.

Freddy and his crew did an outstanding job. Not only did they completely replace the roof, they found and fixed some underlying problems that previous contractors had ignored. And when I asked about replacing two windows on the first day (outside the scope of the contract), they found them and added on to the project for a very reasonable price and still finished on time. I'd recommend them for any job - honest, professional, thorough and fast.

I hired CKB Services to clean my metal roofs, fix a gutter damaged by snow, paint, and do roof repair. They arrive when they say they will, or sooner, and are very skilled at the services they provide. They did a great job of cleaning everything up when they were done.

Update 06/2025: Fredy cleaned my gutters and inspected roof. We needed to replace after 26 years and Fredy was honest about all the repairs needed and sent video evidence the entire way through the project. He did not try to upsell and all recommendations were confirmed as needed. The team was very prompt, worked hard, were always courteous and completed ahead of scheduled. Great job and clean up was also great! 2021: If you want a quality, professional service then the 2-man team led by the owner of CKB Services won’t let you down. Always prompt with calls and scheduled appointments. They worked safely on the roof with tie downs and completed all work promised with photo and video verifications sent to me. The area was cleaned up spotless before they left. The roof and gutters are now super clean and free of moss. Thank you Freddy and Lima.
