  Honestly disappointed with the way my warranty was handled. Roofs are roofed by people, who can make honest mistakes. When selling my house, a mistake was called out by an inspector.I called the company to come and fix it, and I was met with many excuses and blame shifting. I was not given the benefit of the doubt or sympathized with whatsoever. I was treated as someone who was trying to scam the system. This company was amazing to work with on the install, gave great prices, did the work quickly. So I was surprised when I was met with such hostility and a fight when I called for warranty support. I was treated very poorly when I asked the company to own a mistake and fix it. They did come to fix the mistake, but made it VERY clear they were not obligated to. They also refused to own the fact that any of the damage was due to their company, and blamed another factors. The roof was installed incorrectly near the chimney and the siding was left directly on top of the shingles, causing water to pool down my chimney into my attic. They came to install more bird boxes because they said we didn’t have enough ventilation, which was also something the company did for us when they put the roof on . One would think they would have provided enough ventilation vents when they installed the roof in the first place. The roofing company is under a different “name” legally, so they don’t legally have any obligation to people who have gotten their roof done by them a few years ago. So crappy. And shady. The same man works here, and knows the previous owner. He didn’t just come from no where and buy this company. He’s been with them for years. Again, shady and avoidant when it comes to fixing an honest mistake that is costing us large amounts of money to fix the mold issue. Again, not great customer service, and now I have a bad taste in my mouth . Been fuming and anxious all day.

  I’m sorry that you’re feeling this way. We’ve tried several times to explain that we purchased the name “AA Rite-Way Roofing,” but we are an entirely new company with a different license number. Our company did not install your roof and therefore does not hold a warranty for that work. That said, the issue you experienced was not related to the roof installation — your roof itself is in excellent condition. The problem was caused by insufficient ventilation in the eaves, which we addressed by adding bird blocks at no cost to you. At no point has anyone been hostile; we’ve simply tried to clarify the situation and assist as best we can. We purchased the AA Rite-Way Roofing name because of its outstanding reputation and are proud to continue that legacy. We will always do our best to help past customers, but in this case, the work we performed was a courtesy, not a warranty repair. We wish you the best with the sale of your home, and we hope you can feel at ease knowing the issue was resolved free of charge.

  Attitude, Attitude, Attitude. Once you sign the contract they give lots of BAD attitudes. They are arrogant and blameless for anything and everything.. Poor flashing job when you can see the sky from the the attic and leaks . Not sealing around the roof jacks and leaks . But every year I get tons of needles from my neighbors pine tree which I clear off every fall and my gutter guards cause all the problems ..The Gutter Guards seem to have caused this latest leak. And I removed them immediately. After three years they blame me and my roof maintenance and now they tell me I need new counter flashing when they bent the old flashing when they removed the old roof and put new chimney flashing under the counter flashing. .They wanted full payment before they finished the job .three years ago.

  We called to have a leak inspected, they showed up and wouldn't even go up and look. They said call someone to clean the gutters. I scheduled that, 3 weeks later the gutter cleaner shows up and tells me there is nothing in the gutters, they're clean. $200 later, and wasted efforts I call to get inspected. Now a month has gone by with WATER invading my home, making the damage 10x worse! They show up, see the problem and never call back with a quote. I call to ask, and they TWICE don't return the call. Ended up using Roof Life of Oregon and within 3 days, problem solved and PROPER. This company is greedy, doesn't communicate, or care. They don't want your business, they want your money. Choose another business.

  Everyone in AA Roofing was very friendly and wanted to help that was until there was a problem with the job. I'll quoted a price for the roof since they were the lowest bid decided to go ahead and use them. Weeks and weeks went by and I didn't hear from the company. I called them wants to find out when they would be doing the job and Kevin the salesperson he would call and give me notice at a time when they were getting ready to come and do my garage roof. I get call on a Thursday afternoon did they would be out 2 days later on a Saturday. I canceled what I had planned for that weekend in order to accommodate the short notice that I got from the company. Kevin stated it would be a one day job. Here we are over a month later, the roofing job still is has not been completed. I had sent a number of emails trying to find out when the job would be completed if they had a problem with part of the job. The other day I get a call from the owner Jeremy, the first thing out of his mouth as he's going to own my house. This guy was rude, abusive, I totally yelling at me over the phone intimidating me leave me to feel absolutely feeling that I definitely had hired the wrong company to do the job. Is entire attitude with how dare I complain about the work. There were three days where I had to go to Seattle with turning in 4 days because I had a problem with my vehicle. I kept Kevin the salesman informed but my extra day trip and informed him immediately upon my return. I had not heard from Kevin for 5 days after I had been back but did receive that abusive and aggressive call from Jeremy threatening to take my house. The salesman finally came out inspected the job that was done and agreed that part of it was not done correctly. I would not advise using this company under any circumstances. The company is volatile, unprofessional, if you have anything negative to say about the job or have a complaint or concern about the work they are doing, their solution is to attack the custome

  We had $30,000 interior damage from a bad job done by Rite-Way. Even under warranty they didn't want to fix the leak. Their spokesperson Jeremy said he didn't care and didn't want to see the inspectors report. He preferred to argue and blamed our gutters. Eventually they repaired the issue but this company was very difficult to deal with and condescending. I was thankful that one of the three guys they sent out spoke English so I could talk to him about the problem. They got the leak fixed but we have no kitchen or cabinets due to mold. Lost a bathroom, carpet, and much of our family room due to mold in the walls from a leaky roof. See the photos. I wouldn't recommend this company. If you have an issue because of bad workmanship you may face an uphill battle. It's been extremely stressful.

  My experience with Jeremy and the roofing crew was fantastic, across the board. The price was fair, the work was completed incredibly quickly by an obviously skilled team, and the roof is beautiful and backed by a great warranty.   Jermey and the team were super helpful and went above and beyond. We just moved to the neighborhood, and we felt taken care of. Jermey watched the weather and was able to turn over our roof quickly. Definitely would and will recommend.

  Jeremy and his crew were great. Jeremy listened to what my concerns were and communicated that to his employees and they took care of it. They fixed inherited and self-inflicted issues with the roof. I have gotten several compliments from neighbors who watched and witnessed the crew work. AA rite way also worked on two of my friends house and they were equally as happy. Couldn't be happier and would recommend AA rite way to everyone.

  AA Rite-Way Roofing was recommended to me by my painting contractor (O'Hara's Construction), who I hold in very high regard. Jeremy from Rite-Way gave me a very fair price right away and started work the day after my approval. I have never seen a harder working and friendlier crew. They did outstanding work and cleaned the property every day they were on site. The roof was always rain tight when they left each day. Luis and Jose were exceptional! I highly recommend AA Rite-Way Roofing to anyone who appreciates quality work.
