West coast Roofers & Gutters llc

The only one or two-star review we hold for West coast Roofers & Gutters llc.

Called on a Friday for a roof leak, impressed by the responsiveness when he called back same day, then showed up the following day to evaluate the problem. Said he would be by Monday afternoon and would bring shingles to take care of what I imagine is a relatively small job . Monday afternoon rolls around, no communication. We call and he said he was on another job. Also says the same thing the next day. haven’t heard from his since. I cannot attest to the quality of work as we did not get that far.

Hi Kimberly, I understand your frustration. West coast roofers llc did not perform any type of job to your home. I went to inspect to try and find where the leak was coming from. I told you I was currently on a job and would go back next couple of days as soon as job was finished. I am sorry you weren’t satisfied but again we did not perform any type of work to your house.

Jordan and his team was great! Down to earth and respectful communication. They were efficient, and the result looks amazing. My upstairs is cooler than it was before the new roof.

Everything they said they would do, they did well! From being on time for a thorough review and bid, to the final clean up. Very competitive and friendly with seasoned installers. I could not be happier with the finished product! On time and on budget!! Thank you Rigo and West Coast Roofers

These guys are the best! They saw me a few years ago but I had to take care of my mom and after she passed decided to call them back. I had other companies quote in hand but Rigo is a personal guy- he handled everything from inspection, …

Rigo and West Coast Roofers did a great job. Quoted a reasonable price. Provided me with options and sample roofing as well as education on current building materials. They were on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. Thank you!

Got a metal seem roof about 18 months ago and was waiting to right a review. Roof is holding up great. Lots of rain and no leaks. Gutters? Doing their job too! Rigo and his guys were great. Friendly and had great communication. There was an issue where the color we ordered cost more than the standard roof which wasn't communicated but we easily reached a fair compromise. I think there was some learning on their end with respect to metal roofing as seen by some details not being spot on. That said, I am very picky & detail oriented GC myself and realize that in house that is over 30 years old there will be challenges. I'd happily use these folks on a personal or professional project of mine.

They’re awesome. Every detail of the job, new plywood where needed, extra vents installed, all the newest technology (gutters and leaf guards). Same people showed up at the same time every day worked 4 long days, cleaned up after each day till the job was done. Very impressive. Great job Rigo and team!
