  I sent these guys away without completing the inspection because they wanted to come inside for a stated hour and a half to talk about “special Colorado incentives.” I have a zero tolerance policy against high pressure sales in my own home.

  Highly disappointed! would not recommend. If you are bringing business here just know how irresponsible they are and what kind of people you are bringing business to! This type of behavior is not professional at all.

  Me Torres, your recent post targeting New Era for Hugo’s action is misguided. Hugo was terminated from New Era due to his unacceptable behavior. The company does not tolerate such actions and his release was a direct consequence of his misconduct. It is understandable to be upset about the situation but it is essential to direct it at the right direction. Please remove your post. Thank you.

  I had multiple roofing companies come out but they didn't service me as quick as New Era did. Bryan was very professional and I was able to save some money through their programs. I love that they offer different offers and you get to chose which works best for you.
