  This has been a very LONG and drawn-out experience. From the first contact to completion, took over 8 months!!!!! The roof was replaced in month 3. However, The roof installers damaged many parts of my siding and fence while installing the new roof. The gutters installers had a down spout drain directly into an exhaust pipe in my roof. Just very lazy and careless work (in my opinion). The last 5 months were spent trying to get all of this repaired.

  I chose this company to replace my windows because of the positive online reviews. Perhaps I was just unlucky but I didn't have a positive experience with J&K roofing for window installations. I'll outline the problems below: - made 1/3 payment for the installation in April. - was called in June to schedule replacement This is a very reasonable time frame for window delivery so I was very pleased. - J&K roofing then reached out to schedule the work on 7/19/24. I took a day's vacation but the workers never showed. I reached out to the company and was told they couldn't find one of the windows. - From 7/19 until 7/23 my texts to the company representative went unanswered. Finally on 7/23 (I believe) they responded to say they found the window but they had moved onto other jobs and I'd my installation would have to be rescheduled. - I did receive a call from the company representative and the work was rescheduled on 8/19. I took another vacation day to support the installation. After removing and replacing my old windows I was told the company never ordered the supporting coil. I called the company and told it was an error and they were ordering the coil and it should arrive in a week. - After calling the company again in a week to see if the coil had arrived, I was told they could come on Labor day to finish the work. After arriving, I was told the coil that was ordered was the wrong color so it would have to be re-ordered and the new order would arrive in a month (arrival date=9/27). - On 9/27 I hadn't heard from the company so I called on 9/28 and left a message. On Monday, I called again and was told it "wasn't on the truck" but they would call the trucking company (??) first thing on Tuesday to locate the item and then call me with a status. - By close of business on Tuesday I still hadn't been called. - I called J&K Roofing on Wednesday and was told they now have the coil and they can schedule the final part of the work on 10/12 (a Saturday)

  It takes a special kind of dedication to ignore a "NO SOLICITING" sign that also politely warns of a negative review post for any "door trash" left behind. And yet, here we are. With your flier. On my door. It seems your sales team is either visually impaired, illiterate, or really committed to proving my warning wasn't just for show. So here is your 1 star review, just as promised. We'll never use your company and will be sure to dissuade anyone we know that might be tempted.

  Our experience has been awful. Sherri was full of answers that turned out to be lies. We have roofing material sitting in our driveway, a month before expected, no notice, and my car blocked in the garage. This is the secondary issue, however. We were told they could install a “sun tunnel” for about $150, “it’s only a hole in the roof”, her words. Said she would get back to us if it was going to be more. Said I could pick one up or she could get one. I said I’d get one from Lowe’s. While she did email my husband to tell him she could order one for us, she did not tell him it was going to be more for the install. It was AFTER the materials were delivered that she said “oh, and it’s going to be closer to $700-850 for the sun tunnel install. I was like, WHAT?! Talk about huge let down. That sun tunnel has been a dream since we bought this house 10 yrs ago. She even admitted she dropped the ball. All this plus she doesn’t even know when the roof will be installed. Everyday she says “maybe tomorrow”. I would have not gone with this company had I known they were not going to communicate with us, and screw us in the end. I can’t back out now because they have material in my drive way but I would if I could. Don’t trust what they tell you, they just want the sale. We got a huge disappointment, but at least she made her commission.

  Just wanted to share my experience with j&k roofing We shopped around for roofing contractors to replace it after our neighborhood got hail damage We look into JK Better Business Bureau and Google reviews. They have good reviews so me and wife agreed to used them now. Everything was fine until we signed the contract meaning customers service and the coordinator was not communicating with email and text messages about ween is the roof going to be replaced 6 months we waited without any Communication finely they installed the new roof came in mornings and left in the same day evening before we were home now we didn’t know if the job done no one from the company call to said or email saying that they are done with the roof project my wife call next day to ask if they coming back to finish office said that the job is done I just don’t understand how come company like j&k don’t call to talk to you when the job is done the only time they are calling is when they want money Now if you are looking for roofing company that give you respect and Customer Service because you are paying a lot of money Maybe you should shop around before you sign contract

  I paid J&K twice to repair my roof. They failed to do so. I finally lost confidence and hired another roofer, Elite, and they were a dream. It turns out that the whole roof needed to be replaced. The J&K team, specifically Noah, made up endless reasons why it wasn't his fault the roof was still leaking, why he didn't have to go into the attic" to check for a roof leak (even after their first repair didn't take), and were impossible to communicate with. Elite handled the inspection of my roof with ease, quickly isolated issues, and replaced the roof quickly, while working with my insurance company. I'm pretty disappointed by this experience and hope others have different ones.

  I hired J&K Roofing to replace my hail damage roof on October of 2023,the salesman came out and gave me an estimate of $11;930 plus supplements. Well the supplements came out to be an extra $10,660, almost double the estimate, so the total was $22,591. I asked the salesman why the extra was high, he said I guess I did not explain that to you. The tear off of the old roof, they did damage to the house , l fixed some of the damage, other damage they fixed. Also they put in 3 roof vents without asking me., to change more. On the invoice there was items that was changed for replace on the roof that was not replaced. The salesmanager reimburse me for the items changed. So high price ,salesman not explaining, putting items on roof without asking , charging work and items that was not done. I well not recommend J&K Roofing

  I would highly recommend J&K Roofing and Estaban! Estaban did a great job setting expectations throughout the entire process and was always responsive and easy to communicate with. The roof looks great, and I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned everything up once the job was finished. Overall, a great experience from start to finish!

  J&K Roofing was professional and handled everything. They managed my insurance claim and all the repairs - from roof, painting, windows and stucco. The workmanship was superb. Matt Jones kept me informed as the claim progressed and followed up with the insurance company as necessary. He provided “concierge level” service.

  J&K roofing were amazing to work with! With the late snow fall in May, we had a large tree limb fall, creating a hole in our roof. Matt came out SAME DAY, put a temporary patch, and scheduled our appointment for a permanent fix. I would suggest them over and over for your roofing needs!

  I don’t often write reviews, however thought J&K Roofing deserves some recognition. There are a lot of roofing companies out there and we selected J&K to redo our roof. From initial contact, Ryan was very responsive and extremely helpful responding to our questions and negotiating through minefield of HOA approval and our insurance company. It was seamless and hassle free for us. The team doing the actual roof work was very reliable and extremely hard working on one of the hottest days of the year. We are very pleased with our roof and have no hesitation recommending J&K Roofing.
