We selected Ideal for some minor repairs to the exterior of our house, siding and fascia, and they did a great job. We had selected Ideal to repair our roof after a major hail storm a few years back, where they also did a great job, so we felt confident to go with them again.

We had such a great experience with Ideal Roofing & Exterior Pros from start to finish! We hired them to paint our house, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly just a pleasure. Miguel and his daughter did an amazing job with all of the prep and painting. They power washed the house, repaired some old beams, caulked, primed, painted, and finished everything with detailed touch-ups. The attention to detail really made a difference, and our house looks like a completely new home! Aaron was a fantastic project manager and kept everything moving smoothly. The owner Jake checked in with us regularly throughout the entire project, which gave us a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. Even the initial estimate was easy and completely low-pressure. Christina, their front-of-house contact, was also wonderful. She provided us with a very detailed estimate and stayed in communication with us throughout the process, helping with paint selections, scheduling, and payment. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, responsive, and professional. From the first estimate to the final touch-up, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We absolutely love our new house and would highly recommend Ideal Roofing & Exterior Pros!

Thank you so much for this incredible review! We're thrilled that your exterior house painting project in Loveland went so smoothly from the free estimate all the way through final touch-ups. Miguel has been with us since 2019, and he and his daughter put serious care into prep work — power washing, beam repair, caulking, and priming are what make an exterior paint job in Colorado's climate last, and it means the world to hear you noticed that attention to detail. We'll make sure Aaron, Jake, and Christina hear your kind words too; clear communication and low-pressure estimates are exactly what we want every customer to experience. Enjoy your "like brand new home" Whenever you need anything home exterior in Loveland, CO — Ideal Roofing & Exterior Pros is just a call away. Thank you for trusting us Josclyn! We had such a fun time working on your project!

We had a small repair project on our roof which we worried we wouldn't find someone to do. Jacob was communicative, showed up on time, and did a great job! I would definitely hire him for a bigger job and refer him to friends and family!

Jake and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Ideal did fascia repair, exterior paint, and gutter replacement. His quote was comparable to the other two bids but it’s the service and quality that sets Ideal apart. Jake was regularly checking in and expressing interest in the project. They did a great job, especially Miguel and his team. Kudos to Jake for building such a solid company at a young age. Very refreshing to work with.

We used ideal solar and roofing when we needed a new roof after bad hail damage and to paint the exterior of our house. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the end results! Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond always. They handled the more difficult nuances with our insurance company, worked with us to make sure we got the highest quality paint at a fair price and got the work done in a timely manner with great cleanup after. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ideal Roofing was very professional from the start with first contact with Terrance Bunch to our project manager Alex Winski. This company has caring people who helped and informed us the whole process. Christina in the office was so helpful on the administrative side and sent the proper paperwork to our insurance company and stayed in contact with us every step of the way and made sure we had all the proper documents. Alex addressed any concerns we had along the way and was always accessible. We highly recommend Ideal Roofing.
