  Wasted my day. Didn’t even show up with a ladder to inspect my roof.

  Called this company many times after the guy came and inspected. He told me a day he would return and what the price was and I never heard from him again. Very unprofessional. I guess if you don't commit to $10,000 upsell, They don't want to help.

  Monique, Your underlayment is over 30 years old and you're experiencing leaks. The only way to solve your issue is a full tile detach and reset to replace your underlayment. Unfortunately that is the cost of a replacement and we cannot do it for free.

  UPDATE 3/5/25: BUYER BEWARE!! Even though there are major concerns for an installation issue, this company is now saying that our issues are not under warranty even though it was only installed in November. They won’t even send someone out to inspect it for installation issues. And, they are stating that since we gave them a bad review, they won’t be helping us (see photo). Would give zero stars at this point if I could. This company roofed my house and then during the first day of high winds, all of our shingles have been peeling off of our roof. Our neighbor thought it was coming from their roof and called their roofers who came out, realized it was actually from our house and stated it didn’t look like the shingles had been installed properly because there were not enough nails in them. I tried multiple times to call them and only actually reached someone the first time I called. They said that they would call me back in 30 minutes when they were back in the office but I have not heard anything. I have tried calling their number multiple times again and no one has answered and no one has given me a call back even though I have left a couple messages as well. I really can’t trust this business to do anything right at this point and I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Hi Arwen, That’s an interesting perspective, I’m happy to review the timeline to see if you still feel the same. You first called us about your issue on 3-4-25 at 11:52am PST, during this call you let us know shingles had blown off of your property. When we asked you if there was strong wind you said no, maybe 20mph and told me another roofer inspected it prior to calling us and they said the shingles were improperly installed and there were only 2-3 nails per shingle. At this time, we let you know we would get with the team and advise of when they could come out for an inspection, no time frame for response was given as we often do not have contact with the team in the field until after install hours. The multiple calls unanswered with messages that you’re speaking of were at least 24 calls on 3-4-25 between 12:51pm-3:07pm PST. As you can see, *after your call and one other we were busy in the field and not available for a couple of hours. The owner called you back from his personal phone at 3pm. At 6:36pm, once I was in the office returning missed calls, I spoke with your husband Max who told me he didn’t feel like anything was being done. I reiterated the time line, 11:52-3:07pm, and the work we had done to contact the team and coordinate an inspection, which was complicated by the fact that your property is a very steep 2 story requiring a large ladder. Additionally, *the wind was still too strong 3-4-25 for anyone to get on your roof. The first day of high winds you’re speaking, 3-3-25, of included *gusts above 60mph. The reason your shingles blew off was not because of improper installation, *see attached photo from your install with proper nail count, it was because your install was completed in the winter per your request so you could get solar installed before the end of the year. It was snowing and so cold around your install start date, 11-11-24, that it had to be delay and you can *see snow on your neighbors’ roof in the install photo. Shingles requir

  Go elsewhere! They cashed our substantial deposit on May 2nd and here it is almost the end of June when they finally tell us they can't replace our roof (insurance approved) on our manufactured home. Ryan said he would "talk to owner" to get our money refunded and be working up an email to send me and a week later nothing, no email and no refund. They did not fulfill their WRITTEN CONTRACT, did not deliver any supplies but took our LARGE deposit and cashed it.

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a permit for your home as Pahrump deemed it a manufactured home requiring a separate license. We regret that this prevented us from completing the project as planned. Refunds take up to 2 weeks from request and a full refund of your deposit was issued on June 18, 2024 despite the work we put into obtaining your approval and completing your inspection. We understand that this does not alleviate your disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration this has caused. We have been attempting to contact you since then to resolve this matter to your satisfaction, but unfortunately, our calls and messages have gone unanswered for over a month.   Nevada Exteriors is wonderful! They inspected my roof and didn’t try to sell me anything because replacement and repairs were not necessary. Super refreshing to have an honest assessment for my roof because that was worrying me. Paul was my inspector and he was great!

  Cameron is my inspection guy. He is great at roofing knowledge, some of the things I don’t know about is weather conditions wear and tear or damage of weather conditions caused by. He answers all my questions. Help out with my concert. Is grateful have this opportunity to meet with help with my roofing project.

  A little over a month ago, I had a home inspection completed, and I searched for a local roofers. I found Nevada Exterior and spoke to Tim. I asked if he can provide me with a quote and he quickly provided me with a couple of dates and times he could go to the property. He maintained communication and kept me updated. He also sent me the estimate for repair and replacement other roof, which was nice. Prices seem reasonable for these times we’re living in.
