  Roof work began 2 months after the promised date, with a lot of unanswered phone calls in the meantime. Finally, the work was done and had no effect on the leak. When they explained what had been done to repair the leak. This was in 2019, and I hope that since then, they have acquired some basic principles of dealing with customers.

  This review is not based off quality of their work because to be quite honest, that is not my concern. I live in an apartment complex where they have currently been contracted to do work. 2 weeks ago while I was home sick from work with the flu I was abruptly awoken at 7:30am to them working on my roof. There had been no warning that they would be there. No notifications. The same thing happened again today. It is a Saturday and at 7:30am, my family and I were awakened to them pounding on our roof and playing their music so loud that we could hear it through clearly through our ceiling. We texted the property manager to find out if they had approved the early Saturday work and we had been advised they did not approve it. Our 7month old and 5 year old were placed under unnecessary stress that a simple note on the door could have prevented. Even though it should be the responsibility of property management to notify tenants of the time work will be done, it would be courteous and beneficial for the reputation of your company to also notify tenants if you plan to have your workers start on the weekends. There are families that live here that may need to adjust sleeping situations due to anxiety or ptsd.

  From the first phone call to the final receipt, I had a fantastic experience with this company! During a storm a tree fell on our roof and I called them after a recommendation. They came as soon as weather permitted to patch it and then as soon as weather permitted again (for more than a day), they replaced the roof and window. For two days, there were guys, materials, and supplies everywhere. After they left, all that was left was a new roof and window - not even a single nail. Great job and company!

  The roof project started with Tom G. who provided the estimate and kept in touch with timeline and coordinated the start date. The team (Mike, Mark & crew) worked in a timely manner and did a fantastic job of the tear down of old roof / placement of new roof; gutter replacement as well. Couldn't ask for better service!!!

  Neth & Son was extremely professional and responsive when I approached them about longstanding problems with my roof and gutters. They did an initial emergency repair to get me through the winter, then returned in 2025 and made targeted changes to the roof system to address a tricky area where leaks had been occurring. Bob explained everything to me in detail, and Mark was a great pleasure to work with as well. I am confident in recommending them for roof repair work.

  I am very satisfied with my new roof, I couldn't be happier. The crew worked hard all day & I was very pleased with everything & the great clean up afterwards. Tom G answered all my questions & made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. I am amazed at the good work & would recommend Neth & Sons to everyone needing home repairs.   Selected this company for a complete tear down & roof replacement with GAF products. Crew arrived on time, very pleasant, went to work shortly after arriving. Crew was focused on their tasks, disciplined, pleasant, courteous & polite; showed concern for my property as well as the neighbors while working. Clean up was exceptionally well done. Very satisfied with the product, the crew & the price. From 3 quotes obtained on identical products, Neth & Sons came in the best. Would definitely recommend.

  Great service from start to finish. Hired them to put a new roof on my house, of the 3 companies who came out for estimates Neth were the only ones to actually go up on the roof. Very thorough. The job itself went smoothly, stayed on schedule and had good communication throughout. Highly recommend

  Needed them twice this year. Both times they were on time, worked efficiently, and communicated with me. I strongly recommend them to everyone. They are due to give me a new roof estimate soon for spring.

  While I can't speak for the other reviews I can speak about the responsiveness of the owner to an issue that happened near one of his job sites. Due in part to COVID, they had to change their process of roof work. This resulted in dust from the job site spreading to an adjacent parking lot and needless to say, cars were covered with the dust. When I went to speak to the foreman he was VERY professional and understanding about our concern. He provided the owners contact information and he was called. The owner, Chis Neth ,was very responsive to the problem. The next morning the foreman shows up at our office and provided tickets for car washes of every employee that was affected. Chris could have said that it was not his problem. Instead he stepped up to the plate to make things right. Kudo's to him and his company. Ray H. WNY Occupational Medicine.

  I would rate this company extremely high due to many reasons and they are, they are courteous on the phone, they are very interested in your troubles with your roofing problems, they responded faster than any one that I have contacted for repairing the roofing damage that the last wind storm we just went through. They were out the second day after the storm hit and repaired the roof, actually it was still windy the day they came out and went up there to fix my daughter's problem. When I talked to them on the phone during the wind storm they had my daughters house on their web site looking @ the damage that the wind had caused. They gave us an estimate approx. over the phone and came out the next day. They are truly a well organized company to have your work done. Thank you sincerely, Ed Ruminski
