  Got a quote, signed a contract, and then was told it could cost up to 7k more for decking. Every other company quoted with decking included. They were trying to start the job immediately, but I questioned it and consulted with another company. After some back and forth, I told them to cancel the contract. I was within the 3 business days. Was told I had to go there to sign to cancel it. Drove all the way there to be told I didn't need to drive there, and they didn't have the paperwork for me to sign. So I drove home and signed the cancel part on my copy of the contract and emailed it to them.

  I'm still waiting for Home Improvement Center to contact me back about my window repair. I believe it's been over 2 months now from when I initially contacted them. Then over a week ago a young lady when back and forth with me via email and then last week a Gentleman called me I've called him back twice with no response yet.

  Deirdre, Since 8/3/23, when you initially reached out to us with your concerns regarding the windows that were installed over 22 years ago, we have left messages and emails for you. It is our understanding from you that the manufacturer would charge a $75.00 service fee to come to your home. There is not much more that we can do for you since we did not manufacture the windows.

  We are sorry to hear about your experience. Being a woman owned company, we take this very seriously! We had an employee injured in a cut through of the lot. We will review the lot cameras and make sure safeguards are in place so that this does not occur again.

  We needed to have our roof replaced recently. I spoke with 3 companies but chose Home Improvement Center. Every question or concern I had was responded to within minutes by my contact, Taylor. I can’t say enough positive things about the work the roofing crew did and the care Taylor showed in making sure everything was done correctly. The job took 2 days and after the first day, you would never have known the crew was here - the yard was immaculate. My neighbor commented on what a great job they were doing - “ methodical and with a plan”. On the 3rd day, Taylor came back to do a thorough inspection of the work, going up on the roof and walking the yard for any debris (there was none). I had a minor concern a couple of days later and Taylor didn’t hesitate to come out and ease my concerns with a trip into our attic to check on the vent. Great company to work with, I highly recommend.

  I had my roof done, gutter guards installed and other small jobs by them! Great customer service! Awesome job on everything done! I highly recommend them for your roofing job! I love my new roof! Dana is a pleasure to work with! His crews are great guys too!

  This company was recommended through a coworker. Workers came in a team and were excellent. They played with my dogs, moved quickly, and worked efficiently. At the end, they showed me how to remove windows from the track and put them back on. Overall, excellent experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone getting new windows put in. Thank you all so much for your hard work and generosity. Everything you guys did, is genuinely appreciated. Thanks again, and God Bless.

  Excellent crew, very organized. Showed up on time, worked hard through freezing temperatures and finished siding the whole house in three days. We did a walk around with the boss when job was done and everything looked great.
