  I rarely leave reviews, and went back and forth for a long time on this one, but feel that maybe some lessons can be gained. So, that being said, I will try to summarize as best I can. HomeTeck came highly recommended. Their bid was the most reasonable of the 5 I got, but the only one that did not include gutters. I went ahead because they were recommended by someone I trusted. The owner at HomeTeck said he would give me a separate quote for gutters. He never did. We never actually received a contract outlining our specific requests, materials, the job, the timeline, nothing. We had discussed a couple specific requests that he assured me would be no problem, they were not done, seemingly forgotten. The crew were polite, but unreasonably messy. My Dad is a contractor, I have seen many roof jobs. This was unacceptable, trash and nails everywhere, that could have been avoided by just laying down tarps (it was winter, tarps prevent nails and trash from getting lost in the snow) We replaced 3 punctured tires, and picked up hundreds of nails and a lot of trash, including lunch trash and drink cups. We have dogs, and waiting until spring wasn't an option. When spring did arrive, we spent hours picking up more nails and hundreds of cigarette butts. A new AC condenser was damaged, and replaced by HomeTeck. One flat roof still leaked after 3 repairs. While it got a little better with each repair, it still leaked in the end and we hired someone else to fix it. The other flat rubber roof was bubbled and completely replaced by his subcontractor. There was blue material hanging out from under all the drip guards, that required me to get up on a 20ft ladder to remove. They did not match the tongue and groove under the exposed eves, the plywood looks terrible. When all was said and done, the actual roof was fine minus what we specifically asked them not to do, and minus them not bothering to match the materials under the exposed eves, among other things. It doesn't leak, hasn't

  I am really unsure of the disconnect as to why these guys have such good reviews and why I have such an issue. I bought a house recently where the roof was replaced by them a couple months prior. I was happy to not have to worry about getting a new roof put on for a long time. I will say the attic was a complete disaster. They did not clean up after themselves. There were also nails and garbage left all over the outside of the house. I also noticed a few areas where the siding was damaged and a neighbor advised me it happened when they did the roof. And then it snowed into my attic. I called and they came out right away to fix it. Appreciated the quick response, but it means nothing is the work isn't done properly. Fast forward a couple months, I have had other roofing companies come out to inspect the roof and let me know their thoughts. It seems like this roof was not installed properly. I can confirm that because part of it just blew off in this storm we are having. I would call them to have them fix it as it is under warranty, but why would I bother? I am just having a new roof put on properly so that I don't have to deal with this anymore. Just to repeat, I am having a brand new roof put on a house that just had a brand new roof put on less than a year ago because of how bad a job they did.

  CAUTION !! This company does not stand by or honor its workmanship. Had a complete Roof installation 1 year ago and a LEAK occurred this past winter [March]. Contractor refuses to fix /correct problem. If you require more information or details.

  Beyond please with how the house has turned out. New Roof, soffit, fascia and gutters all installed. We had a hick up with a previous contractor and decided to find someone else. After a couple of estimates we decided to go with Hal and his crew from HomeTeck Roofing & Remodeling. Paul his estimator got the owner Hal to my home right away, he assured me that Hal would be able to help. Hal agree to help with the bind we where in. They got the roof done within i believe 2 days after signing relieving my stress of wanting to make sure it got done before fall. Jaxon absolutely loved hanging out with the crew and watching them. Of course i made sure he stayed out of the way for the most part and watched from afar but the guys didnt skip a beat and got things done all well making Jaxon feel like he was getting attention. He's a guys guy and loves showing off. Bob & Bobby Jr where his favorite crew guys that did the soffit & fascia anytime Jaxon talked to them they where right on their toes giving him attention. I was worried he was going to bug them all but they assured me he was good. They fixed a couple corners the roof team under cut and made sure the corners where inclosed for me and the fascia and soffit turned out great. John & Sean did gutters and did a great job along with again being so great with Jaxon. John was even so kind to come back later in the day with the fire truck to show Jaxon. All though he was whooped from the day after they left of course thats all he could talk about. Hal was always quick at responses/communication, anything I asked about was not a problem or quickly handled/fixed. All around had a great experience with Hal at Hometeck & Remodeling. So please to have this done before fall and literally within 2 weeks of signing with them. Workmanship is clean and the house thanks to their help is looking amazing.

  Dave and Mike were fantastic. I got a smaller portion of my siding fixed. They were professional, got the job done quickly and it looks amazing. Thank you guys!

  Hal and his team did an exceptional job. An entire roof in one day with constant communication throughout. Very satisfied with all aspects that went into the roof installation from estimate-cleanup. Refreshing to see a company that values customer relations and craftsmanship while in constant communication throughout. To include weekends and holidays. Thanks again Hal. Would be great if more people ran their business like Hometeck.

  I had 2 companies “attempt” to install siding on my property. It was done terribly and not finished. Bob, Bobbie, and Chase saved me. They have repaired the horrific job, and made the property beautiful. Please don’t repeat my mistake, make HomeTeck your first call for roofing and siding!

  Recommend to everyone amazing owner of the company he has done amazing job keeping the roof which needed tender care alive. Sealing the skylights and leaks that the inspector missed during the walk through when we purchased the home. Thanks
