  Horrible absolutely a disgrace the work performed was not good at all and on top of that the support was even worse from management. These pics are literally the tip of the iceberg.

This project involved work on an approximately 84-year-old property, which presented certain unique complexities. Despite those challenges, our team made several documented efforts to review and address the concerns raised. We returned to the property multiple times, completed walk-throughs, and sent additional technicians to evaluate the work and offer a fresh perspective. We also made continued efforts to resolve the matter in a fair and respectful way. While there may have been challenges related to scheduling and payment on your part, our goal throughout the process was to find a reasonable path forward. As part of that effort, we accepted the amount you felt was fair and wrote off the remaining $4,683 balance rather than pursue further collection. Aerial Roofing & Exterior, Inc. stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the work completed on this property. We value every customer experience and remain committed to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

  I got a quote from this company back in April 2020 for roofing repairs thinking, Wow! A roofing company with a 5 star rating is rare, so I better check them out. They did come right out and provide me with an estimate, but then when I decided to go with them, it has been almost 3 months and still I haven't gotten a scheduled date or anything. They have willing customers with money, I guess my money wasn't good enough or something, but before my roof starts leaking and before I give birth in 2 months in the dead if winter, I had to make the decision to go with another company to get my roof fixed, even though I kept emailing and calling trying to use this company for their great reviews. I even called and emailed the owner, or who I thought was the owner, turns out it was just the serviceman, Shane, and I hadn't even heard of the actual owner, and just kept getting ignored and avoided, never returned anything, instead their secretary got back to me days or weeks later when she decided to get around to it, and gave me yet another excuse, the weather, other customers that already had work started, serviceman was out of town or sick. So many times! I was fed up, so not sure what the case was, but don't believe every single good review you read about this company because its' most likely family or friends, not real customers writing them!

  We had a great experience with Aerial Roofing. Denver stopped by to go over our roof with us and really took the time to explain everything we needed to know. He pointed out where our leaks were coming through, explained the condition of the roof, and went over the best options for us moving forward. Denver was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, and we never felt pressured into making a decision. He really helped put us in the best direction for the future and gave us a much better understanding of what we should expect. When we’re ready for a new roof, we will definitely be going with Aerial Roofing. Highly recommend them, and especially Denver, for being so helpful and professional!

  Denver walked me through everything, answered all my questions. The roof was completely redone and the siding on the back of the house. All the different crews were very friendly, knowledgeable and hard workers. I would highly recommend them.

  Fair price...Did my roof repair and replaced part of my roof with new decking, flashing, ice shield and new shingles. Installed and cleaned up in one day.The team did a Great job and Im happy with the results!

  Here’s a polished review that sounds warm and genuine: We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Aerial Roofing! CJ and his team worked incredibly hard, spending nearly 14 hours in one day replacing our entire roof, installing three new skylights, and repairing damage to our chimney. What impressed us most was their communication. From start to finish, they kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we understood what was being done and why. They also went above and beyond by discovering that our home builders had never properly vented our two full bathrooms. The team created and installed two new vents, fixing an issue we didn’t even know we had. The crew was fast and efficient. They even walked the property with a high-powered magnet to pick up nails and debris during cleanup, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and respect for our home. They’ll be back tomorrow to finish up a few final details, but based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend Aerial Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
