“ I’m on vacation, I can’t help you” You never want to hear that the contractor that just charged you $30,000 for a new roof is too busy to see why water is spilling down into your house. In fact I can’t even believe someone would be bold enough to say this to a customer. This is what I was told on 8/6/24, when I spoke the Reps from AVA roofing. First I sent a text message to one of the owners (Tony) - but no response. The next day I called the company. For the sake of this review, I wanna make sure that I get as close as possible to the exact wording. When I called, I asked to speak to Tony. The receptionist, Natalia, said that Tony was out of town and Sergio was in charge. After I explained that my roof was leaking, Natalia stated that Sergio was in a meeting and would call me back. Later that afternoon, the manager, Russ called me back. I again explained to Russ that my roof was leaking and they had just replaced my roof back in November. After some other unnecessary back-and-forth,Russ stated that he will have someone call me when he looks at the schedule so that they can come out and look at the roof. I asked when that would be. Russ said that he did not know when because he’s got other projects going. I ask, wouldn’t my job qualify as an emergency since I have water falling into my home. Russ responded that he had other projects in a similar situation. I asked him how many other roofs did he put on that were leaking. He said none. I said so I don’t understand. He said, “but there are other jobs that I have to make sure are OK”. I replied and asked that he call back. Well, Russ did call back, but what he said next was even more crazy than the first phone call. Russ said he had spoken to the owner Tony who said he would be back on the 12th and would contact me when he got home. Wait What? Here is the dialogue: Me- Russ that’s a week from now and my roof is leaking. Russ- It could have been from the heavy rainfall we recently had. Me- So that’s what happens whe

This is the second time I have used Ava roofing. First time they did my garage roof this time they did my entire house roof. They always do a great job. I have no doubt that my roof will be good for another 30 years

I had 3 jobs that AVA has done for me. Very pleased with the company and the work they did. Very easy to contact, phone calls always promptly returned. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They show up on schedule, do the work quickly and clean up when done. They stand behind their work and went out of there way to quickly fix a very small issue I had with one job. Totally satisfied with their work!

I recently had my full house roof and a flat roof replaced by Ava Roofing and Siding, and I couldn't be more impressed from start to finish. Their proposal was clear and detailed, with competitive pricing and good options to choose from. The project managers and the crews who did the work were all professional and genuinely nice to work with. They also left the site spotless every day. The quality of the work speaks for itself. If you're looking for a reliable roofing contractor, I can't recommend Ava Roofing and Siding enough.

We had a 5-star/ A+ experience with AVA ROOFING: it was explained thoroughly exactly what and how was required to remediate our roof and why and their pricing was very competitive. The crew was extremely friendly, very respectful of our property, and highly efficient. Watching them constantly communicate amongst themselves assured me that they were considering the best solutions/strategies for our needs and not just going through the motions. I have every confidence that their materials and workmanship are much higher than what I’ve noticed in and the neighborhoods over the years. Hiring AVA ROOFING was a very smart decision: they exceeded our expectations and we are completely satisfied with every aspect of their work. You will be too.
