  No communication. Didn’t do half the work on insurance list. Never contacted me about what was going on. When I called them they said contyyout insurance. Even though they promised to handle the insurance

  Ma'am, our records show that we installed a beautiful Slatestone Grey roof that was paid in full. We are roofing contractors and can not do anything more than present the damages to your insurance carrier who at the end of the day makes the decision. It does look like auto owners did not pay you in full for your loss and I would recommend you seek a licensed public adjuster. I believe this one star review is a little harsh for something that is out of my control. The roof that you paid for looks amazing and I would definitely like you to reach out to me to get this taken care of. -Matthew Nelson

  For anybody that is out there in need of a roof like I was and I had this company come and inspect which I was mad supposed to be the owner. Everything seemed like it’s OK till they get a contract and they get the first check then they send you a big bill that the job is not even complete. Now I’m at the point all my leave guards were installed back backwards, which I create a waterfall on my gutters and now is damaging all my eaves. If I could turn the plug back, I would consider anybody else besides this company.

  Jesus, I am sorry that you feel that way. You signed a contract for a roof replacement, we installed a new roof and you paid us less than the materials costed. Please take care of your open invoice.

  After hail damaged my roof, this roofing business was great. They went over everything and described the damage. The workers replaced the roof professionally from start to end. Timely and meticulous work was done. My new roof looks great and is sturdy. Very pleased with their service.
