I had a very frustrating experience with Warner Roofing, mainly due to lack of accountability, poor oversight, and inconsistent quality. Rob was quick to respond to texts, but he avoided taking ownership. When I asked questions about the roof, he often said “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know” and directed me to Jose (the subcontractor). As a customer, I hired Warner Roofing—not the subcontractor—so I shouldn’t have to act as the middleman. Rob should be handling communication and coordinating with his team. The day of installation was very concerning. Neither Rob nor Jose was there at the start. The crew showed up and immediately began working—throwing materials off the roof without proper tarping or protection, and without a dumpster on site. This put my property at risk (gutters, siding, driveway, deck, landscaping), and my deck ended up scratched. The tarping was mediocre at best. Cleanup after the job was only decent. There were still screws left all over my landscape, which I had to clean up myself the next day. Throughout the project, there was little supervision. Both Rob and Jose were often not on site, leaving the crew unsupervised. I understand people need to step away, but someone should be there to monitor progress. I had to stay outside most of the day watching the work because I was concerned about my home. When I raised concerns, the crew would adjust briefly, then go back to cutting corners. Things got worse when a separate crew installing tubular skylights stepped through my attic and broke my dining room ceiling. I have a log home with wood panel ceilings, and the damage was significant. This raised concerns about the crew’s training. Afterward, they suggested cheaper partial fixes that wouldn’t match the existing 20-year-old wood. I had to push to get agreement that the entire ceiling should be replaced for a proper result. This is still ongoing. I’ve been living with an exposed ceiling for about two weeks, with cold air coming in from the atti

Mr. Daniels- Scott Warner here. Unsure if your google voicemail that has declined to let you answer my call failed or if you declined it, but I have made several attempts to reach out. I'm glad that we're working through the minor issues here. We will continue to fulfill our contract and I have the itemized list of repairs. The priority being trying to match finishes on the cedar ceiling where one of our guys stepped through your ceiling while in the attic. I'm glad he's ok. It does take a bit of time when the initial reaction from a customer is that the entire ceiling needs to be replaced as it won't match. And to clarify, we have not asked for any additional monies other than the deposit, while working through the repair requests provided. Looking forward to our conversation. With your limited availability I will make another attempt to connect with you tomorrow afternoon.

This company used sloppy subs. From seeing a guy standing on my garbage can to put up siding to the same crew breaking my outdoor garage light and trying to hide it, it was a headache. I've had two sections of ridge cap come off now. The first was fixed no problem under warranty. Now I'm told they didn't cover"acts of God." I'm not sure how else a roof gets damaged. Seems to me they weren't put on well. I tried to be civil and talk to someone over my sales person and they never even returned my call. So now I'm wasting my time writing a bad review so maybe it'll save someone else.

The salesman was very nice and also seemed knowledgeable and thorough and worked with us to get what we wanted, however the installers were careless and unwilling to accept responsibility and fix their mistakes. Our roof over the living room never leaked before they replaced it. A storm hit and they continued roofing, rushing, and flying through the install during a downpour and lightning. In rushing, they forgot to seal the skylight, which leaked all over, and now the living room leaks every rainstorm (never leaked before they replaced it). They found every excuse in the book to say that it is not their fault that it leaks (ironically right after they installed the new roof and ever since). We gave up because they obviously refuse to accept responsibility even though they know their guys rushed and made careless mistakes. So, now we are stuck with a leaky living room after paying thousands to get a new roof.

Found out the hard way that Warner is extremely slow with their bids, scheduling and simply returning a phone call. Live and learn!

After working with Robert for 2 months we’ve decided to go with someone else! He is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever worked with!! Doesn’t show up on time to appointments, doesn’t return phone calls. We signed a release to communicate with our insurance 4 weeks ago and insurance hasn’t heard anything from them. We’ve talked to other customers who are having the same issues with him. One excuse after another with this guy.

waited for two months for Jordan to come take photos of my roof for hail damage. I was told numerous times he would email an estimate, it never happened. Then was told he just didn't have the time. Very unprofessional

Very sorry for this experience. We have had an extremely busy year but there is no reason this should have happened. If he wasn't able to service you, he should have let you and our management know so we could have sent another representative. We could still send someone else out speedily if you had not found another contractor, but guessing you already have. We will get to the bottom of this and address. Thanks for the feedback.

I cannot believe that a company would not fix the obvious shoddy workmanship on the home roofs I’ve seen. It’s deplorable!! Poor customer service and consideration. NEVER WOULD I HIRE THIS COMPANY NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT. 👎🏼 …

Warner did our roof, gutters, and siding after hail damage. Todd Sanders was extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had throughout the entire process. Todd and his field manager, Tyler, worked with my insurance company to make sure all damage was accounted for. Work was done quickly and professionally - very happy with the end result!

Warner was absolutely wonderful to work with in replacing my dad’s roof and gutters. I’m out of state and Wes was very communicative through the whole process. Of the three estimates we received, Warner was the most professional and personal and were reasonably priced. My dad enjoyed being able to chat with Jeremy on site where they explained what was going on. Wes also shared many pictures of their progress, putting my mind at ease. I highly recommend Warner and am even considering more work with them already!

Adam Zacharuk was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely reccomended him to anyone looking for honest feedback on their roof condition or getting a new roof.

Warner replaced our roof in 2024 and recently repaired some soffit damage. Adam Zacharuk was the lead for both of these projects and provided excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly. met his commitments and was a pleasure to work with. I certainly will call him and Warner for any future work that needs to be done.
