  Travis, we’re disappointed to see this review and would like to clarify several inaccuracies since we can not reach you personally. Your project took place following a significant storm event in the St. Louis area, during which material availability and scheduling delays were experienced industry-wide. These delays were communicated throughout the process and were not unique to your project. The claim regarding incorrect shingle color is inaccurate. The color selected on the signed contract, the materials ordered, and the shingles installed all matched, and documentation confirming this is available. Any final punch-list items were addressed promptly. In fact, the company owner, Justin Scaduto, along with a team member, personally returned to the property the following day to complete the work, with their own two hands vs making you wait until the crew could come back. As part of your contract, a $500 discount was applied in exchange for allowing a yard sign to be displayed for advertising purposes. That advertising did not occur, yet the discount was honored in good faith. To state that we are "far more focused on collecting insurance money" when we allowed your balance to remain open 3+ months after job completion is unfair and painting a very untrue imagine of our business. The reference to a subcontractor matter is unrelated to your project, and was resolved professionally & directly. Since this review was posted, multiple attempts have been made to contact you to discuss concerns and bring closure, without response. Transparency, accountability, and follow-through are values we take seriously. We have never promised to be perfect and despite the hiccups along the way your homes project was completed and is beautiful. We ask you kindly to rethink your review or to reach out to Justin personally if you still feel the issue is unresolved. Thank you.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document an ongoing and deeply unsatisfactory experience with Skaduto Solutions regarding the roofing and gutter work performed on my property. The roofing project took far longer than promised. Communication from the owner has been nearly nonexistent—calls and messages regarding concerns have been repeatedly ignored. After the roof was finally completed, I was told the gutter work would follow. That, too, was delayed for nearly two months. Now, on July 17, 2025, my home flooded with three inches of water due to improperly installed or non-functional gutters. This is unacceptable. Not only was the work delayed and poorly managed, but the failure of your installation has directly caused property damage and business disruption. While the vendor responsible for the gutters is scheduled to return tomorrow, this reactive approach is not acceptable. The work should have been completed correctly the first time. I am left dealing with the consequences of your company’s lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and gross communication failures.

  AS OF 12/3/25 - full balance of $12,262.58 is still owed and a lien has been filed with the state of Missouri. THE INSURANCE COMPANY - USAA- HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POTENTIAL MISUSE OF INSURANCE MONEY. LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS ALSO BEEN INVOLVED ALONG WITH LEGAL HELP FOR STARTING A LIEN ON THE PROPERTY. Sarah and Rodney I encourage you one more time to take care of your balance and to remove this review. Thank you Mrs Smith - We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we do want to clarify a few key facts. Your roof was completed properly, and the gutter work—handled by a subcontracted vendor—was scheduled and communicated separately. While we don’t control their schedule or possible problems with installation, the moment we were made aware of an issue, we had it resolved within 24 hours. Throughout this process, we maintained communication with both you and your husband. We do not expect you or anyone to give us grace, but we certainly have had to ask for it following several events that were out of our control. To say otherwise doesn’t reflect the reality of the situation. We take pride in our work and our commitment to doing right by our customers—even when circumstances beyond our control create delays. We encourage honest reviews, but also expect fairness and accuracy. We are here to make this right and come to an understanding. Please consider revising your review. Thank you

  Justin came out for an emergency repair due to a raccoon making a hole in our roof. From first time calling to having the job scheduled. took only a week. once they were onsite quick and professional. the job was done in one day. I highly recommend Scaduto Solutions. Thanks again!

  We’ve had a persistent leak for YEARS, which other companies fixed with “band-aids”, shortcuts and excuses. Or tried to upsell. Someone recommended Scaduto Solutions and when I read the words on the business card “There are no problems, only solutions”, I felt like I was calling the right person, FINALLY. Justin came out just a few days later, gave us a sensible diagnosis and was here within just a few days of giving him the “go ahead” to do the repair. I’m very pleased with the great service!

  Hi, I was impacted by the STL City Tornado 5/16/25 and Aaron and his team was "boots on the ground" in my neighborhood offering their assistance. I was able to retain their services for an emergency tarp to be placed on my roof. The team reported the following day and wasted no time installing the tarp in place. I can't thank the team enough for providing excellent service and a caring heart. The understanding of a devastating situation was priceless. Thank you!

  I had some repair work done on my home because of wind damage to my siding and soffit and had gutter screen added to my garage. Scaduto Solutions were very responsive and did quality work. I give them a 5-star rating. I recommend them for your next job.
