The critical reviews

I would strongly advise against hiring this individual. Communication is extremely poor—calls and messages often go unanswered, and he doesn’t appear to start his day until much later, which delays projects significantly. He also fails to complete jobs within the agreed-upon deadlines. He frequently hires subcontractors to complete the work, pressures them to finish by threatening not to pay, and then still fails to pay them after the job is done. This is highly unprofessional and concerning. There always seems to be an excuse rather than accountability. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and not someone I would trust to handle a job.

Truly appreciate the work of Justin! He was able to squeeze us in for a time sensitive project! His work was not only meticulous, he has a great knack for design and suggestions on a budget! I would definitely recommend him for any home improvements! His work speaks for itself and volumes on the quality he puts in.

Excellent! We hired Neiderers Exteriors to fix some soffit and fascia that had blown off in a storm. While at the house we asked him to replace exterior door trim around 3 doors and he did a fantastic job on all of the work. We will not hesitate to contact Justin in the future for any project.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Neiderer's Exteriors LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
