  If I could give a negative rating I would. The fact that this is the work that was done and was not finished properly and was installed improperly is just mind blowing. My new sliding door is not properly and professionally installed like was explained to me. It’s not even square. Does it shut, it does but I had to install a security bar to just to get it sealed properly. Thankfully I have someone that I know and trust that will fix this companies screw ups. Was told the finish work would be done properly and it was not. Then the owner, Randy came back to look at it again and said they would fix it if I threw his guy some extra cash under the table. There’s a huge gap by the back door that wasn’t finished in and he said there’s nothing he could do to fix it, it was on me to fix. One of the baseboard heaters just came off the wall. Had me throw him and extra 100$ and to not tell his wife, the lady who I had been speaking to over the phone is actually nice. That’s why there is one star because of her and the customer service. As well as one brand new baseboard heater wasn’t installed. It was left and he claimed it was extra. He wanted extra money for that to be installed too. My own tape measure, was taken and never given back. He claimed my dad was un acceptable and not friendly to be around as he was watching them install while I was at work. Then never contacted me I had to reach out and claimed he had kidney stones and was in the hospital. Seemed to be walking around just fine. Unacceptable to say the most. If this is how you treat your customers, I would not hire this company. You will be lied to, you will be asked for more money.

  Said he would do a job but didn’t come for a month and never communicated he was ‘busy’. Wasted a month waiting. Terrible communication. I had the same experience several others mentioned. Spend your time finding someone else instead.

  After numerous call company never followed thru! Do not use this company they can not be counted on.

  I had Gary and his crew put a new roof on about 18 years ago ya I'm a little late with the review. They did a great job with this house that was 3 stories and steep. I have since sold the house but the 40 year architectural shingles I had them put on look great today . They also fixed my moms chimney flashing a couple years ago and did a great job there also. I'll try to keep my reviews more current from now on lol.

  Gary and his crew helped me out at a time when a new roof was desperately needed. They were there working hard every day. Estimate was accurate. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

  Came to fix wind damage to our roof. His estimate was accurate and he did not try to up-sale us on anything else we didn't need. Gary is a true professional. I highly recommend him.

  Reasonably priced, didn't try to sell us a whole new roof after we had some shingles come loose, even though we're nearing the end of the roof's life. Very honest and would do business with again.
