  This company was good many years ago but the quality of work now is terrible and its because the Project Managers cannot even do the work that they manage.

  Very unhappy with this company and the lack of quality installation for windows that were very expensive!!! Measurements were taken four times and are still incorrect on two windows that we must now replace. Poor customer service. Do NOT use!!!!

  We apologize there were some issues with the windows, however we were not aware that you had any issues with the windows that Pella installed for you in 2023.   Our HOA has used their services a couple times. Staff will constantly liter. Leave cigarette butts on porch and driveway or yard. Cups and water bottles left behind. Our trash cans are literally on the side of the house if they need to toss stuff.

  Amazing company to work with. Top notch professionals and competent employees. Such a positive experience from the first contact to request a bid to the final installation. Could not have been better. Such a joy to work with. Incredible local company. Send your business their way and they will not disappoint. We had been wanting the Halo Lights for our house and now they are ours! No hassle!

  Wow! Just wow! We had Neeman and Sons do cleanup work for another company that did a terrible job with our siding and failed to follow through. Neemans was a pleasure to work with the whole way through and did such an amazing job for a fair price. I can't recommend them highly enough!

  We had a short time to meet our insurance deadline and this company helped us do just that. They provided a great finished project. We had a few questions and concerns along the way, but Jenny in the office was right on top of things. She had answers for our questions and followed up with the trades people (subcontracted companies) to make sure that our concerns were addressed. If you are looking for a company that can handle multiple types of projects, this is the company for you!

  What a difference. Fair price, quality work, great clean-up, amazing end-result that's both beautiful and functional. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Will absolutely have them back for windows and work on our flat roof when we're ready. Thank you so much Neeman & Sons!!

  Neeman & Sons was recommended to us by my work who also does some renovating for residential properties. Reached out to them regarding a personal investment property and they did a great job on gutter/soffit/fascia replacement. Got it done in a good amount of time and affordable too! Looks great

  From start to finish, workers came early, were very polite and upbeat, and talk about the hard work and quality, they even corrected mistakes by the prior repairs made from earlier contractors in years past to make things right. Both Terry & Chris Neemann showed us and explained everything about the materials, repair process, and costs. they also came to the jobsite during repairs, and met with Ron Ahrens the job coordinator (fantastic hard working man), and they all worked together and made this a "easy peasy" process. I will always be a lifelong fan and customer. A heartfelt thank you to the fantastic team!
